I was way over due for a new laptop. I love how easy it is to use. The best part about it is that it has a 10 key on the side like the keyboards from work.

I bought this for my daughter for college. So far she said it works great and she really likes it. As of right now, there have been no problems with it.

Easy to set up, speed is decent, no issues so far. Mainly using for word, internet and homework assignments.

I am enjoying my new laptop, however, I was anticipating a little bit more speed than I am getting. Overall this was a good upgrade from my old one.

Once i got mystuff from my phone copied to the laptop. It works fine. Fairly quick startup frombeing off. Love the large screen.

This is a perfect laptop. The Ryzen 5 works great, don’t need the 7. Very fast. The finger print reader works great. Nice screen. Best purchase in years.

Well I bought it for my wife who just started work from home so far she has no issues with it she is pretty happy I set it up for her it was pretty easy.

I wanted a computer with an integrated number pad without landing on a large/bulky computer. This machine has been a great middle ground between size and power.

Does everything they said it would. Works well for my office away from my office. I have simple needs but this does it all really well.

Great laptop, very fast and easy to setup. 256gb SSD is very fast and processor is quick too. Perfect for web browsing and watching shows.

I thought this was a great laptop at first. Everything ran fairly quickly, and it had no issues running my software I wanted it to. Then I tried to do a zoom call on it, and the laptop blue screened. I tested it out with other video call apps. It would usually work for a minute or so, but blue screened every time. There were one or two AMD drivers it used for the microphone and camera, so I think there was a hardware defect, or a driver problem. When I returned the laptop at BestBuy, someone there told me others had the problem with that same model.

New computer, so far I am liking it! The computer seems very user friendly and is providing me with what I need as a small business owner.

Got to say this was a good purchase my 4 year old loves it easy to use and very resistant made it easy for wife and son to get the school thing done

Gorgeous machine. Premium quality, great trackpad and a really nice screen. Purchased two of these for my kids for school. Great deal when on sale.

I love the look of it. The features are amazing. And I love that I can turn it into a tablet if need be.

Plenty of storage, no hiccups, serves our need. We only had one issue when Zoom screen froze. It may have been WiFi network. Other than that very happy

I absolutely love this laptop. Had to replace my old one. Keys are large print and easy to see. Soft touch, graphics are great. Quality is outstanding.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop for school work & so far this has worked perfect. I was a bit hesitant being that it's an AMD but it hasn't given me a problem.
