Love the laptop, the only issue I have is the rubber strip on the bottom fell off and I had to replace it.

Great for the price. I use it more like a PC with a separate monitor and keyboard. I wish it was a little faster, but it is great for my needs.

Had this laptop for a bit of time and still running great. Fast boot up, reliable fingerprint scanner and gets frequent updates from HP still.

Owned this laptop for about a month and am very happy with it. Large enough screen yet compact. Touch screen, lighted keyboard, makes this a winner.

i like the finger reader , make it convenient to me unlike my old one. the screen is good, could be better like 4k . but over all it nice and the price is excellent $515.

Thoughtfully designed and lightning quick laptop. Boots up in seconds. Nice keyboard as well. So much nicer than the 5 yr old laptop it is replacing.

could have used some initial help on set up and how to use windows 10 while at the store since laptop and windows 10 totally new to me

This laptop has been superb in fitting the needs for my office work as well as my son's virtual classroom. No issues and the battery holds up well.

it started making a knocking noise and froze up, couldn’t turn it off. closed the cover and continued to make the knocking noise for a half hour. Eventually it stopped. turned it back on. Three days later made same knocking noise for about 30 seconds and stopped. Service worked on it check it over and it seems it’s OK. Seemed like fan or something rotating hitting something. Was loud enough people on my car heard it.

Great Laptop for the Price!! Its not easy to find a laptop with the side key numbers. This is a solid machine. Like it enough I bought another.

This computer is the perfect size with many features to keep it fun. Phone can be linked. Zoom is easy. Picture quality is so very dazzling

We have had this laptop for awhile and it works great no issues whatsoever love that it folds in half backwards and turns into a tablet

The laptop does what I need it to - internet, apps, email - but compared to my last laptop (different brand) I just find that the quality isn’t all there. I can’t tell why, but sometimes it will just freeze for a few seconds and often when I open it, the display screen has been turned. These are no big deal things, but for a brand new laptop, I would not expect them. Also, the laptop edges are pretty pointy so it has caused the bottom of my backpack to wear.

This was bought for a student who had a 14 yr old birthday. He loves it and says he is going to make a lot of money song. Let’s hope for the best.

Was a pain to set up with all of the authorization that Microsoft requests now. I miss the days of just hitting the button and your computer turns on.
