Computer is on the heavier side and overall a good computer. Wasn't happy that it crashed during a windows update and I had the bit key encrypted and not sure if I set up the password or forgot where I wrote it down and was locked out of the it for almost a month.. seemed the crash was a common theme. I'm not good with computers but it does what I want it to. Other than that one thing I like it.

Purchased for the use by a limited technology user. Easily utilized and understood for the users need. As a more advanced user it works well also.

Speedy laptop with nice features. Could use another usb port but otherwise very happy with this purchase.

Great computer. Works fast and it is super fast. Only down fall is the fingerprints stay on the cover and screen. But over I recommend this computer.

My bf bought it for himself for school and to use on a daily basis and love it works like he thought it was and more best father's day gift for himself

This computer is awesome. I am using it to write, stream videos, and etc. Thos one has fingerprint unlock, which comes in handy. It really is a great computer. 5/5

Nice screen, great memory and SSD HHD. Would prefer a CD-ROM drive as well but it has a very nice profile and an SD card reader built in as well.

We purchased this laptop for our teenage son, and couldn't be happier. It is a bit more expensive than others, but it is worth every dollar spent.

After erroneously buying a HP Chrome laptop .. that did not support Windows 10 but used Google, I returned that and got this laptop. Love it. Highly recommend.

I have had this laptop for over a year and have not had any issues. It runs Sims 4 with all expansions smoothly, without ever running hot or loudly.

My wife is getting used to it after having to send her previous laptop back to the company she retired from. Easy to set up and use. She likes it.

Great quality laptop. Easy and small enough to carry when needed. Love the tablet mode when I am needing to walk around with the laptop.

My wife thinks the computer is fair and the touch screen feature is fine, but she has had problems with the voice feature. We worked with Geek Squad and they couldn't fix it and said we would have to drop it off at the store to get fixed. My wife isn't able to do that because she needs it for work. I guess we are stuck with a lemon.
