My wife thinks the computer is fair and the touch screen feature is fine, but she has had problems with the voice feature. We worked with Geek Squad and they couldn't fix it and said we would have to drop it off at the store to get fixed. My wife isn't able to do that because she needs it for work. I guess we are stuck with a lemon.

Customer service was very knowledgeable. Directed me to the perfect fit for my needs. Great laptop, sleek and good looking. Only dislike, shoe battery life.

Easy for data entry with number keyboard next to alpha keyboard. Excellent response times to entries.

The laptop has a great build, it looks high end and is quick to use. I’m currently using this laptop for programming. I had some audio issues, after using it for 1-2 hours the audio would go away and the laptop would start making loud noises from the bottom. The issue was fixed after I deleted and redownloaded the graphics card!

Have this laptop for 1 year and have no issues with it. I love it. I bought it for my school and never regret that I bought it. Recommend!

This was an excellent choice. My son is using it for medical school and couldn't be happier with it. Its anodized case is rugged and it offers many extras.

The laptop is good, when it works. From unboxing, I couldn’t wait to use the multiple features and be able to use the laptop as a tablet and be able to take notes for school work. But, most times it does not automatically flip the screen. Other times the screen would be stuck one way and the only fix I have for that is to completely restart or even reset the computer. Luckily I always keep a back up.
