Easy set up easy to use needed windows update so brought this instead transfer from old to new easy still need to explore more options of use

This laptop had been overheating. I bought it in November 2019, picked ir up in the store ther first week of December. In January, it overheated and shut down. I sent it back to the geek squad 3 times and it was sent to Kentucky for diagnosis and repair. After the last time, it still was not fixed. The store clerk exchanged it out for a new one. Exactly same brand and model. I received it and BOOM! less than 3 weeks later it had ther same exact problem if overheating and shuts down. I fo not recommend this computer. I an looking tip grey this one replaced, but will not ever get HP again.

Heavy. Sometimes does not hold onto the WiFi signal like a MacBook Pro Interface is too helpful at times.

This was so easy to set up right out of the box. I travel everywhere with this laptop and so far I have had no problems with it

Easy to use, love the flip to pad option, however big screen hard to hold as pad. Did not realize there is NO Network port, so downside.

I've owned a HP for 10 years, I only bought this because the last one I owned was Windows 7 so I had to upgrade to Windows 10 and I love it.

Is a great laptop and for the price it got a lot of features. Great screen great responds. And with the ryzen proccesor better.

Third HP Envy in our family Does what each person needs surfing the internet and email, to creating AutoCAD LT files.

I just like everything about it.. Size are two thumbs up!! And you can use it as a tablet as well very convenient..

Out of the box easy to set up and use. It works great, nice battery life and light weight. Perfect for my home computer.
