Has lots of storage and you can maneuver through the different programs with ease. So glad I made this purchase!!

Three months in and already two calls to HP tech support. One for a disappearing microphone and another for random loud static/white noise that will only stop by manually shutting down the machine. Not impressed so far.

This laptop is okay but it runs HOT! To the point where you can not hold it on your lap. I've had it since January and the fan is always on and it seems to never cool down. I am taking it to be serviced this week! I spent over $850 I expected better than what I got!

Great computer love the that it is a perfect size. It is very efficient in speed and it is lightweight.

Good computer but fragile and expensive to fix. Bought for my daughter's high school graduation. The second week of college, her bag fell off a bench with the computer inside. The corner was bent up a bit and the screen cracked. The touch screen alone cost $300 and was on back order for months. HP customer service was abysmal.

Several issues with the audio system not working properly. My speakers would start buzzing and then my computer would lock up. Additionally, the computer seemed to get way hotter than any previous laptop that I have had. Fingerprint scanner was nice, but only worked half of the time.

No complaints you get what you pay. Nice for someone looking for a laptop that you need just to do normal things.

Beautiful screen. Boots and runs fast. Probably over-kill but it is great on the internet and my basic games run flawlessly.
