Love this computer!!!! Light weight, long battery life, fast. Never have any problems. Loved it so much I bought one for my wife and son.

This is the best thin and light laptop I have used. It is is fast, has excellent battery life, and has a touch screen.

This is a really nice 2 in 1 laptop. It is light weight. I like the touch screen feature. It has Alexa built in which is really helpful!

No complaints other than price, I waited for a sale on this laptop, which made it a great value. However, other than that the laptop is great. Most importantly the display is nice because the specs can be good, but the display is usually lacking on laptops. Touchscreen, backlit keyboard, and color are also nice on this laptop. Overall it's a beautiful laptop with great performance for daily/work tasks. Obviously, if you are looking for a gaming laptop or for graphics/video work look into a more expensive system.

Size is perfect. Keys have featherlight touch. Fast. Touchscreen adds another dimension of control making for easy operation. Love the 2 in one feature.

Great laptop, all metal build and plays games like World of warcraft, rimworld etc with 4 hours of battery while doing so.

Purchased on sale and great value for the money. Occasionally freezes up when streaming but not a major issue.

I bought this HP to replace a much older HP with one that one would have the added features of being 2-in-1 and a touch screen as well as having a better battery life. The new features are useful, but the battery life does not yet seem to be better. Overall it is reliable and worth the money--especially since I benefitted from Best Buy's price match. And this particular machine appears to no longer be available locally at Best Buy and (really?) to have disappeared completely on Amazon.

Nice size screen that is also touch screen. Have the side number panel on the keyboard. Fast response for downloads. Very happy with this laptop.

I don't need anything fancy-- Just a decent computer with good storage, and capability to perform well during the many zoom calls in my future this year! So far, this computer has met the mark. ( One hitch--I did have to bring it back to fix the microphone which wasn't working at first) I doubt I'll use the 'convertible' screen feature. Love the back-lit keyboard feature. I am disappointed that there is only one USB port. Sound is good, camera works great.

This system is more than adequate for most school/work/leisure work on this laptop. I've been a Mac user for sometime now. I'm pleased at the tighter integration with HP hardware and support on this system and Windows 10. The fingerprint reader is a nice addition. The AMD chipset is speedy enough for most apps, even some light photo editing and video work. Plenty of ports for all connections. SSD drive is quick; access to apps is fast. The display on this system is crisp, easy to look at.

This laptop is very fast and has excellent color quality. Keyboard has the best finger touch of any I've ever used.

This laptop is very user friendly. It has all I need , it's fast, first lap top with touch screen I ever had. So far so good.

I really have enjoyed this laptop since day one and see no reason to upgrade yet. The computer features touchscreen, and the ability to bend the computer screen backwards which allows for easy one-on-one presentations and offers a tablet mode as well. Every once in a while my built-in mouse will stop working, I was thinking it was stuck in tablet mode, but I now think it may be an issue with Chrome, but I close Chrome or restart the computer and it’s back to working perfectly. The size of the screen and the weight are ideal!

This laptop is pretty fast and has lots of neat features. The touch screen is SO convenient. Looking forward to getting a lot done on here.
