    To have conducted so much research with help from a computer tech professional before buying my 3rd ever HP, just to have design issues with faulty hinges that prevents me from using the touchscreen now or it functioning as a “360” is sad. It can only barely sit open at a 90 degree angle now so that the display screen doesn’t separate from the frame as the hinge makes noises and cracks with any movement. So, it no longer functions as a laptop….but instead a paperweight. Good money and no help from HP as this is a true design flaw and they don’t want to be accountable.
