    DONT BUY IF YOU NEED TO USE ZOOM! HP support seems to be well aware of this issue. Computer will crash every time I try to use Zoom, for me it happens within/around 20 minutes of being on a Zoom session. I feel like a very mislead consumer, being that this laptop comes highly recommended for college students and is essentially useless for schoolwork, with Covid forcing many classes to occur via Zoom I wish I read a review that mentioned this issue so that I could look further into it before purchasing.
