This was a no-go for me

I had an HP envy before so I thought I was safe.... I’ve never hated a computer so much. The performance out of the box was weak. It was sluggish, the mouse didn’t glide across the screen- it was very erratic and choppy. I don’t ask much from a computer, but the person who sold it to me told me it would hold up to some light gaming and video editing. This thing couldn’t even run Microsoft Word without giving me trouble. The characters had a delay showing up on the screen. 25% of the time, they didn’t show up at all. The keyboard felt awkward while typing. The breaking point is when it was acting like I was holding the shift button down for everything. I took it back after 2 weeks of owning it. Very disappointing.

Disappointed

My use for this laptop was for Zoom and the performance was not what I expected to be. The Geek Squad tried to resolve it with me but didn’t work out. I returned it by to Best Buy.
