I like the touch screen. The pad is a bit overly sensitive. Was easy to set up and not having a microsoft based device for years prior to this I am happy with the limited use I've had with this so far. The sales person listened to what I needed and wanted and I really think he guided me to the best product for me.

I was in need for a new laptop. I wasn’t really looking for anything special as I needed the laptop for minimal use. I decided to check this laptop out as it was on sale and I’m glad that I did. It’s so fast, easy start up and the screen and speakers are amazing. The fact that it can go from a laptop to a tablet to a viewing device is simply amazing!

I had been fighting my 6-yearold computer to load and execute even the simplest programs. What a breath of fresh air to have all my features right at my fingertips in a flash. I like the slim lines of my computer, and the length of time a battery charge lasts. I highly recommend this computer for any home environment.

I was shopping for a decent laptop that didn't cost and arm and a leg. I've had good Acer, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell and HP laptops in the past but in the last few years HP has been my preference. I think I bumped into this new model before it was shipping so there were no reviews on the BB website. I found a couple elsewhere and most were good. I've used a similar model with a 14" screen and liked the design of the Envy x360 line. The screen is bright and has the 1080 resolution I was looking for. The 8 GB RAM and 256 GB M.2 NvME SSD are enough for normal day-to-day use but can be upgraded if required. What sold me were the following two specs: It has a real USB-C rev2 which supports a docking bay with external HDMI, Ethernet and USB 3.0 connectors. I'm using it right now and it works great. The other great feature is the new Ryzen 5 4500U which has 6 cores. This machine is very fast.

Really enjoying this computer. I usually buy HP's and they never disappoint. Is quiet and doesn't run hot. As for the battery life, after using for an 8 hour work day, I'm left with about 30% of the battery. The camera quality is not as clear as I anticipated it would be, but it gets the job done for Zoom calls.

My son's He likes it, says its a tad slow, but he games a lot and streams movies. Great for homework, school, social media etc. Light weight. I borrowed if from him when my laptop took dive for work a few days. I found it just fine for using the ole WWW and Excel, Powerpoint and Zoom meetings.

Overall this computer is great! Started easy, moves fast, moves well. Lots of space, and easy to connect to your phone and seamless integration. My biggest complaint, the keyboard does not light up, and it is off centered. Typing is a bit weird. But for the price point, the computer does everything I want it to.

I bought this HP laptop to replace an older Dell that has a failing hard drive. I was able to transfer the programs and setting easily enough. All my Office programs and files run faster and update with no problems. Video conferencing works well. I like this unit.

I went through 4 different touchscreen 2 in 1 computers until I Finally got to this One. I love the way it looks and despite the fact that it’s a little heavier than the plastic ones it’s a sturdy computer. the keys are spaced perfectly for my big hands and I also love the back lit keyboard. Definitely Recommend it.

It does everything I need it to! I love the side keypad, it runs my (not very large) video games very well, the screen has a beautiful HD resolution. Nothing bad I can say about this laptop so far! I thought I would hate having a touch screen but it has actually been so handy! Would 10/10 buy it again.

I bought this laptop because my old one didn't have windows 10 and in order to do my school work I needed it. Anyway, so far this laptop is amazing. The sound is great, the camera quality is surprisingly good, and overall this laptop has made my life easier. The only issue I've had with it is that I get my gross finger grease every, even the screen obviously, but on the black outer part it's most noticeable. Even after washing my hands before use I still find those smudges. I'd like something that gets rid of them permanently instead of having to clean it constantly, I do use it a lot. I've also had issues connecting my wireless headphones to the bluetooth but I think that's more my fault then anything else. My girlfriend uses the tablet for art and she gives it 5 stars for doing digital art too! I would highly recommend this laptop it gets the job done.

I’ve only had my HP Envy for a couple weeks, but I love it. The pictures look life like and so clear. I’ve been using it for zoom conference calls and the camera and sound are both excellent. It has such a sleek look and I’m so happy with my purchase.

The touch screen makes it so easy to use. I've never had a laptop before and was kind of worried I wouldn't be able to figure it out. Not the case. Very simple to use, especially if you're used to having a smart phone. If you can use a smartphone and are comfortable with it, I'd definitely recommend this laptop.

I work with the HP Envy model a lot at work and was thoroughly impressed by how well the model performs with an i7 processor. When I decided to purchase one, I decided to go with the Ryzen 5 4000 series processor that this model comes with and I’m beyond impressed by this processor. I run a Ryzen 5 2600X on my custom-built desktop, so I’m familiar with this CPU’s capabilities, and thus far it has not fallen short of my expectations for the device. I’ve noticed other reviews mentioned how unbearably loud this device’s fan can be, and I just say keep an eye on what programs you’re running because the more processing power it’s using, the louder this fan can be. There are methods of making the fan silent as well. So far, I haven’t run into this persistent loud fan issue other than when I run programs that eat up a lot of the RAM. For what I paid, I’m very happy with my purchase. AMD hasn’t failed be before, I don’t expect it to now. That being said, the Intel CPU does work phenomenal on this device as well, so if you’re an Intel consumer, this is a great device to purchase that that CPU supports.

A fast, bright laptop that's perfect for any college student or anyone who does work on a laptop. Shipped super fast and is one of the best laptops I've ever owned. Tablet mode is perfect for any artists out there when paired with the hp pen (I bought the pen on amazon and it works wonderfully for drawing)

It's a nice piece of hardware don't get me wrong it's got all the bells and whistles but it's no MacBook (obviously) which is what i had my heart set on . It gets the job done I do love the fact that it's a 2 in 1 and a touch screen and that it's 8GB/256GB as well as the 15.6 screen size .

This is a recent purchase and we are navigating through the operation of this laptop. We are finding some of the uses easy to use but others like the print application a bit of a problem to use at this time. The battery life appears to be adequate and the speaker volume as well.

I purchased this after my work laptop broke down suddenly & it was awesome. The speed, the visuals, the capacity is great. I will say, the volume it can get to is just sad, I expected so much more from this brand and price but since its for work and I used headphones, it didn't make this a returnable flaw. 9/10 for me.

Love it! Great computer for both home and travel. Sturdy, unlike it's plastic competitors. Touch screen is a plus and the fold over to tablet is what sold me. Very easy. No need to remove keyboard or change anything which is a plus for me. Great programs, processor speed and ample ports for accessories.
