So far this has been of my best purchases, I use it for business and personal and it has worked amazingly. The touch screen and ability to flip the screen completely to use a 'tablet' is a nice option. Multi-tasking is a breeze. I use it daily and couldn't be more pleased with the quality and speed.

Definitely worth the money. Best and most versatile laptop I've ever bought. I love the touch screen and tablet features. I don't do a lot of fancy things with mine, just creating PowerPoint and writing papers, but I am excited to use it as a doodle pad eventually.

At a reasonable price, to boot! To boot, it only takes a few seconds. Second to none, given the price point. Point me to another laptop that can balance those two? Too bad I couldn’t have found this model earlier.

high reccomended this laptop if you want to play some games like gta v and gta iv and other games, it would work smoothly. i was lucky to buy this for 530 and now enjoying every task i do on this laptop. of course 8gb ram is not enough but it can be upgraded if you want.

I got this on sale and for the price it is amazing! I needed something with enough power to edit 4K videos in the H.265 format and this handled multiple files on Adobe Premier with relative ease. The tablet 2/1 feature is also a great plus and the touchscreen is very responsive. I was used to a 2018 model Macbook Pro at my former job and this works just as fast in Windows which I prefer anyway. The physical build is very durable, and has a very polished look/feel. The screen resolution is beautiful and the speakers are very loud and clear sounding. The only real downside is that it is a little heavy to carry around.

i love my new laptop it is so fast and so easy to set up. I have had my old laptop for 7 yrs and didnt realize how slow the speed was until i got this one...my salesman at lexington ky store was wonderful. i would recomment this computer to everyone

No ethernet. Had to get a USB to Ethernet dongle. I think HP is using a lower profile TDP for this CPU/GPU. Older games work ok. New games you will have to turn down settings to lowest. I hope they upgrade TDP profile so GPU can be higher clocked. The 8Gb of ram was 2 sticks in mine but was hoping for 1x8GB. Kind of a pain to upgrade ram since you have to remove a metal can after you remove the bottom lid. The metal can just clips in place so I carefully pried at the corner to get it. Once you get one side then easy to do the rest. Bottom lid screws are under the rubber strips. Lot more screws then I expected.

So far so good. Wanted a slim laptop that is easy to carry on the go but not give up Perfoemance. I use this laptop when I’m not in the office and a lot of time in my vehicle on jobs sites. Battery seems to be decent. Add a wireless mouse and it’s all set.

I have been using this laptop for a little over a year now and it's still running great. It's perfect for work - excel, web applications, zoom/teams calls, word, etc. I plug into a monitor via the hdmi out and it's a great dual monitor work setup. The camera and mic aren't the best, but good enough for work calls. I wouldn't recommend this thing for gaming, but it gets the job done ok at 720p and low settings on most newer games I've tried. It'll run older games just fine It isn't the easiest machine in the world to crack open if you intend to upgrade the RAM or storage, but the fact that you can upgrade those 2 things yourself doesn't warrant subtracting a star. There are youtube tutorials out there with best practices for opening up this laptop. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase

The only problem I had with this laptop is user knowledge. Moved from a laptop running Windows 7 to this one with Windows 10. Most programs are intuitive but still have a learning curve. But this one loads up so quickly and programs respond nicely. Its fun to use.

Worked very well for few years. Hinges broke twice. 2nd time procrastinated to fix. Now monitor does not work and $500 to fix.

This is a great laptop (so far). It's fast, has great graphics, runs well. I love the backlit keyboard and fingerprint sign on functions. It's a 2-in-1 which I've never had but I'm loving that as well. This is my 3rd HP laptop and my favorite one I've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Great laptop for working and streaming. Easy to transport and love the tablet feature. Has 10- kg eye (one of my favorite features), keyboard backlight, option to turn off camera and more. Those are just some of my favorites. I always get compliments when I'm using it.

Fantastic Computer! I had a wireless problem with it but I got it fixed and haven’t had a problem since then. This laptop has everything. Runs fast, large screen, touchscreen, and backlit keyboard. I just wish it was a little lighter but can’t have it all.

HP Envy x360 2 in 1 laptop. Very nice size, lightweight, I love that the keyboard is backlit. I didn't realize until after I bought it and got it home that it was touch screen and that the screen folds over. Excellent buy, very easy to use and very satisfied.

This was a very nice purchase. The ease of use for my 17 year old has been very good for her school work and the speed of the computer is very fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fast and reliable laptop.

Easy set up. Clear screen. Light weight. Perfect for home and and business use. The computer is lightweight and the processor is speedy. I like the extra storage capacity. HP computers have been my go-to computer because they are durable and dependable.

Every time it updates I lose the microphone capability. I had to had the IT Dept at my college help me fix the problem. I love HP products but would recommend one of their other laptops

My wife bought this on Black Friday when we were in need of an upgrade. This one works great and we've only had minor glitches here and there. For example, the screen switches from landscape to portrait view when you turn it on it's side. Sometimes when you open the laptop, the balance had been thrown off and it will be in portrait orientation when it should be in landscape. We just turn it back and forth until it gets corrected. Also, sometimes when we put it to sleep, it doesn't quite shut down properly. It will still be running as if we didn't close it up and you can hear the fan working overtime when it shouldn't be. So the minor glitches aren't that bad in the big scheme of things. We mainly just use this laptop to surf the web and my wife uses it to write her Master's papers and novels. All in all, this laptop has works great for how we use it.

This is my second HP computer. I am very happy with the performance and quality of the product. I did not realize how slow my first computer was until I bought this one. Wow it is amazing!! The touch screen is a great plus as well as the fast AMD Ryzen processor.
