I was very happy with the set up. It was quick and easy. In the beginning, the power was not turning on quickly. I finally discovered that the laptop needs to be level for it to properly work. Another issue is that when I turn the laptop on, it says that the camera is also on. I have it set to be off, so this message is not correct. I do like the feature that the camera can be turned on and off, but would like to feel comfortable that is is off. I usually use Microsoft Edge to access internet and it works well. That is not the case for Google Chrome. I can read one email, then I cannot do anything else as it does not respond. I have never had this happen on any of my other computers. Overall it is a good laptop for every day use. The battery lasts a few hours of active use.

HP Envy seems very easy to navigate once your able to get used to the touch screen. It was in very little time that accuracy and the speed for the machine and man interacting became less of an effort and more enjoyable. Also really like the idea of the backlit keys.

A great little work/school laptop. I write and do light work from it and it is fast and efficient. The touch screen is also nice. The construction is sturdy. Overall, it's a solid buy, especially for the modest price.

Thanks to Heather in your Medford store, my wife and I were introduced to the Envy x 360. When we first entered the store, we were turned over to Tyler, who did the worst job we have ever experienced; he wouldn't show us laptops in the store, claiming that there weren't any, and he wouldn't show them to us online. We asked to talk with his supervisor after repeated attempts to learn more about buying a laptop from Tyler, and the supervisor, after telling us that Tyler was one of their most patient salespeople, turned us over to Heather. Heather guided us around the various laptops in the store, explaining what each of them did or didn't do and my wife was delighted with the Envy x 360. We thanked Heather for the excellent service and told the supervisor on the way out of the store that we had purchased the laptop from Heather, who had done an excellent job.

We purchased this laptop to replace our main home PC. We love the size, screen resolution, and speed. All at a very favorable "Black Friday" price! The 2-in-1 feature is great to watch movies when hanging in the backyard or on the plane.

This laptop is perfect for my needs, I needed to upgrade my computer because my 10 year old desk top was using an operating system 7 that was no longer going to be supported, This operating system is familiar and I love the ability to just touch the screen.

This is a sleek, fast computer. I've enjoyed it very much. The first one I bought had something faulty and it died two weeks after I purchased it, but Best Buy associates were amazing to help me get it taken care of and my second computer works great!

This HP Envy laptop is perfect for what I needed. Its light weight, easy accessible key functions, love the side number pad and touchscreen. It was worth the price. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

I love how I can just turn my laptop in every direction while I watch my show and all. The speakers are amazing! I don't need to use a separate speaker. I feel special when I use my laptop when I'm out in public. The finger print security is great! I'm happy I got it!

I have only had my laptop for a month now but so far it is all that the description claimed it to be. I especially enjoy the backlit keyboard and the number pad. These are two of the features that helped me to decide on this laptop.

I love this computer so much. It super light weight and I love that it has Tablet mode. During this pandemic tablet mode makes it easier to watch my zoom lectures from my bed. I haven’t had any problems with it and it was a super easy set up

Touchscreen is awesome, its portable, keyboard is a great size, the laptop does not get hot on my lap. The battery life is lacking but that is the only thing I have not been satisfied with.

Enjoying the laptop. Still learning all the features. Really like the feel of the keyboard. If there are any classes that I might be able to take to become more proficient in using it I would welcome the opportunity to do so.

Very attractive laptop and the touchscreen works nicely with Microsoft Surface Pen. I use this laptop to teach online but the WiFi is spotty and I frequently get dropped from video conferences with students. I have to switch over to another laptop to continue the class. The microphone sometimes stops working and my students can’t hear me suddenly. This also forces me to switch laptops in the middle of an online lesson. Now I use the HP Envy X360 has a secondary laptop for teaching rather than the primary one.

I bought this laptop for work purposes during the shutdown. It has exceeded all my expectations. It has a great display with a nice touch screen. The keyboard is smooth and makes long hours of typing easy. The sound is amazing. Overall, great laptop!

This laptop does everything I needed it to do. The screen is so bright and vivid. The entire set-up was easy. I also bought Microsoft Office and installed it - no problem! The touch screen makes it feel like an ipad, not to mention the foldability. I highly recommend it.

I've always used a mouse to operate a computer, and thought I'd need one for this one. However, the touch screen and touch pad are working great for me, so I returned the mouse I bought. I'm still getting used to some of the features, but so far, so good!!

Amazing for school. I use it all the time. Love the touch screen 360 feature, especially with a stylus. The screen cracked easily though. No matter, I still use it daily until I can get it fixed.

Straight out of the box, I had WiFi connectivity issues till I have to change the battery settings, update the drivers to make it work. Also I had boot up issues. The system would not boot up and have to hard press the start button for 30 secs to boot up. This was happening all the time. I have to reboot the bios by myself and the problem Stopped. I wish I did not have the problems when it was straight out of the box. There are many articles around these problems and HP has not taken them as feedback over years to make them work. HP can do better. Once you fix the problems, the laptop works like a charm. These are avoidable problems by HP and me being techie in nature was able to address the. That’s why I gave the 3 rating

This laptop has been a great improvement over my last laptop. The laptop is very quick to boot up and also quick to respond. The screen is clear and colorful and I really enjoy the touch screen. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.
