So this laptop started off great... moved fast, clear webcam, quick response mouse pad etc... The only issue I had was after working hours on the laptop (working from home due to Covid) I noticed the fans would make a loud sound and the laptop would cut off... not reset but cut off until it cooled itself back down. 1st thoughts were get a fan to place under the laptop but the sound of the built in fans were so loud you couldn’t focus on your work. I ended up taking it back and exchanged for a different brand.

Very pleased with the laptop. I am not computer savvy so it had to be easy to learn. Does everything I need to do and a lot more. Computer is fast as advised by the sales person.

This computer is a great value. Love the crisp picture and the touch screen. My first touch screen laptop and gives the computer a tablet feel. Can't beat this computer for the money.

Love how fast the laptop is and the graphics are very vivid! Very light and thin laptop! I recommend this laptop as I am very satisfied with all the features and look of it.

I've enjoyed the touchscreen when I'm in a hurry and unable to get to my mouse. I mainly use it for work when I'm not in the office, so its a great help when I'm on the go.

I'm very happy with my new laptop. I needed a laptop to get a job at a call center and this machine met all their requirements. Works great.!!

My 2008 HP Pavilion Entertainment Notebook still works, but is too slow & outdated to allow me to download the most recent versions of Firefox and Chrome. As a result, several websites I visit could no longer be accessed. I like the total black appearance and the light up keyboard of this computer. I would have preferred one that plays cds and videos like my old one did, but they don't make them any more. Best Buy got my favorites, my pictures and all my pdf files from my old computer and put them on this one for a fee - which was well worth it. This is fast and is also easy to use because the start button is back on windows 10. My in-laws don't have it on their computer and theirs is hard to use.

I have enjoyed it so far. I haven't avail myself with the White Board app. I'm still exploring all of its features. It has good battery life. It meets my needs.

The computer was exactly as described. My only issue is that it drops connection with wifi more than the other computer I had been using. It is faster and the graphics are good.

Greta laptop and OS included. For the price, definitely would recommend as a starter type computer or one to do basic web work and editing on.

Got this for my wife. She loves it. The touch screen is the first one we have had like this and I can’t imagine a computer without it now. Also it’s super thin.

I got this for my Granddaughter for online classes and she is very happy with it....especially likes the touch screen and it folding over for her to use as a tablet

I absolutely love my new laptop!! It was an upgrade for work and school. I was researching MacBooks and came across this HP. I love the touchscreen!! I also purchased a smart pen as well!!

Windows 10 is very complex and difficult to figure it out. Otherwise, I like this computer. It is sleek and suits my purpose. I can travel with it and easy to pack in my suitcase.

It's a pretty laptop with touchscreen. I do like the touchscreen so I do have to use keyboard all the time, but sometimes the finger print cannot recognize me.

I am new to touch screen computers but one was easy to learn and was not too sensitive to the touch. The computer is big enough to see most things without my glasses on.

While I do have minimal need for the table function, it’s been very enjoyable for most basic uses, it would be perfect for a collage student not needing heavy Duty processing power

I purchased this laptop for work. I am a public school teacher teaching remotely. Based on other reviews this laptop seemed like it would provide everything I needed and more. With an AMD graphics card I was assured it could handle all of the stream heavy apps I utilize. On day one during a Meets call several students' faces would randomly scramble and I could not see them at all. I typically have 4 to 5 tabs and programs running at once (Go Guardian a Device Monitoring App, Education apps that show videos, Google apps such as Jamboard that allow the students to write answers on a board in real time, etc.) and I share my screen with the class during most of the lesson. I noticed the laptop would slow down when I opened more than 4 or 5 apps that I needed. I tried to share my screen to show a film on Netflix as reward and the screen showed up black for the students. So disappointing. I watched YouTube videos that suggested ways to get around this, I contacted Geek Squad, and went into Best Buy all to no avail. It would however allow me to show YouTube Videos. Finally, I downloaded a program that required VPN installation to access my school's Network and could no longer access my WiFi or Hot Spot. I thought it was my internet service provider, but I have 3 other people in my household who had no problems accessing our Wifi or my HotSpot. After struggling to conduct class from my mobile phone I took the laptop to Geek Squad. I was told the WiFi issue would be an easy fix, but no one could get around the problem. It wouldn't even respond to hard wiring. I decided to exchange this laptop for the same device that has an intel graphics card. Thus far it does everything I need including allowing me to share videos from streaming apps such as Netflix and Prime Video. This laptop seems to be geared towards gamers so it might be a great device for that purpose, but it wasn't a good fit for me.

I am enjoying using the laptop recently purchased at a very good price from Best Buy. Your Geek Squad helped me set up those items I was not familiar with, so I am good to go on this light weight equipment.

I needed a laptop for emails,using the internet,and playing fantasy football.this laptop is fast,easy to use,and the lighter keyboard is a nice feature.I am very happy with my purchase.
