Went Best Buy to see at styore after looking online. Just what was looking for. Love the touch screen. Screen is a big. Camera is clear. Added plus the keyboard lights up!

I recently purchased this laptop/tablet for my 82 year old mother . She has been using IPads for the last 10 years and cannot believe how great her new laptop is . The keys are not affected by glare and are backlit as well . The screen is the perfect size and the entire package is quit light . This is the 4th HP laptop that I have purchased over the past years and I can still say that they are the best products hands down . The boot time is extremely fast due to the SSD and the 8 gigs of ram are more than enough to do anything you put your mind to . Hewlett-Packard (HP) means High Performance . I highly recommend this laptop .

I purchased this laptop for small photosyop project for cake images and its design makes it easy to do that and its light weight, perfect for travel use. Easy set up and Cortana overview.

This is a quick computer that functions well with multiple windows running which is exactly what I needed for work. Easy to setup and use. I am very happy with the size and weight of this computer as well.

This HP computer operates as advertised. I am able to read the keys with the white letters on a charcoal grey background. The monitor is clear, bright, and easy to read.

I purchased this for my wife as her older model (Envy x360) had developed an issue with the power connector inside of the casing. Maybe the only unfortunate find on the newer one is that the power is on the same location so we'll need to be careful about how it rests on the arm of the chair. She is very pleased with the performance over the Intel version that we replaced. I realize it is a few generations older and the new Intel x360s also provide excellent performance but I think it's important to point out for anyone not convinced the AMD processors are not up to par. Quite the contrary. Audio (B&O) is some of the best you can get on a laptop.

I had searched for quite a while and found what I was looking for on sale. It had to be ordered and shipped to my home and that was done flawlessly and on the exact day the store told me it would be delivered. I had one issue that I couldn't figure out and explained my problem to a Geek Squad member. He told me to try something which I did when i got home. That pinpointed the problem and I brought it back the next day and they showed me what I did wrong and got it working. It was my fault originally and all is well.

This laptop does the job since it assists me for work and school purposes. It was heavier than what I expected but I really enjoy the touchscreen feature.

Have been burned on HP in the past but this was a great deal and I needed one ASAP. So far, so sweet! Fast, smooth, beautiful screen, and good size. Highly recommend

It has a lot of speed and my granddaughter loves it. She is using it for her first year in Marshall University. This is her first time to use Windows 10 so she is learning as she uses the computer.

this laptop is great in every was. There is only one problem and that problem is that when you game on it, the laptop shuts off. On only used it to play roblox Arsenal. Which is a FPS game. With a FPS unlocker you get 144fps and with low players you get 200fps. Also for the first two months I used it for zoom and the speakers and audio failed so I had to used headphones with a mic. Other than that this is a great laptop!

I bought this for online classes that I am taking, and it’s great! I love the touch screen and it’s great for watching Netflix as well. Also great to do zoom calls. No issues:

Main reason I went for this laptop was the numeric keypad. Which apple and some other don't have anymore. The battery life is good and doesn't heat up all at (for now that is).

I'm not that technologically savvy, but can usually figure things out. After it performs updates, I usually have a few bugs that have to be reset or worked out by deleting updated programs. After the most recent update, the backlight on the keys suddenly went out and the shift key started behaving weirdly. It would randomly shift into capitalization, even when letters were not trying to be capitalized. It was very frustrating and messed up a couple of log in attempts (really frustrating), but reset itself when I rebooted the machine. I just bought it less than 2 months ago and the price has already dropped!

Kids LAPTOP Was a Great replacement DID NOT HAVE TO USE PHONE for the kids go to school put their apps on from phone. Nice size screen plus touch screen. They Loved it.

I have not used my new laptop much yet. But when I do use it, it is very nice to work on. I love the backlit keyboard, the touch screen, and the full keyboard.

With the help of Geek Squad's Tyler, my laptop is a joy to use. Tyler transferred my files and folders and I was good to go. The Envy is fast and is a space saver. I'm happy.

So far so good. Good graphics good speed but the real test in my mind is long term 3-4 yes out how does it perform. I’ve owned hp and had good results
