I love everything about this computer! It has backup lighted keyboard, the number key on side, touch screen, instant start up and is very user friendly. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

Good enough for me to work from home, my kids to do school work and gaming. Recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot on a laptop but gets the job done.

This particular unit was a no go for me unfortunately. It had all the specs i was looking for in a laptop, however it was running Amd & ryzen chipset. This has major issue with using zoom and sound quality. Because of this factor i had to pass on this item. It has great sound quality for a laptop and really nice graphics/screen though. Just needed it for zoom meetings and HP has not resolved this issue with that combination yet.

I work from home and needed a laptop that would provide me with the tools I needed. I love the backlit keyboard and that it has the option to also convert to a tablet.

Great laptop. Took some getting used to to use web based apps but got it figured out. This wasn’t the laptops issue, just Microsoft. The PC is fast and sleek

Love that it’s touchscreen but I don’t like the number pad on it. I like to place my hands on the center, but other than that it’s great

This thing is fast with a beautiful screen and a long lasting battery. I love it and you can't beat the price for what you are getting with this laptop.

Easy to set up and use. Mouse pad is a little hard to get used to but the touch screen is nice. I am using it mainly for spreadsheets and writing. It's a great laptop for the price.

This computer is quick. It has a very good screen and great sound. I don’t play games or stream movies. The camera is good for Skype.

Better performance than a similarly equipped 11th gen. Core i5. Great out-of-box-experience. Just wish they'd cool it with the stickers all over the deck!

If you want a computer that’s not overly expensive but gets the job done I would recommend this one.

Great computer for the money. The touch screen is responsive. The screen seems to lack some contrast. Quick processing. I would buy this again at the 599 sale I found it for.

Not only does it save me from bringing my heavier laptop, but also I can use my hands for something other than typing. Dragging and dropping has become a breeze because of this.

This laptop is great! It converts to a tablet with ease. It was also very easy to setup and use right out of the box. The backlit keyboard is also a great feature!

This is by far one of the better laptops I've ever owned, it's quick, get's the job done. The touchscreen makes it a lot easier for me when I'm in a rush to get things done.
