This laptop is a good value for someone looking for home use. Slim and light weight. It is fast enough for most of your needs.

Is a most have for drawing, also photo, sound or video editing, (using a stylus pen). The only downside I have is the battery. My wife leave hers on after using it during the day and never shut it down for days and the battery still have enough charge. Mine only lasted a day with basic use (no heavy programs) and even for less time than her.

It was a Christmas gift for mom. She loves it. Speedy start up. Touchscreen is a bonus feature for her easy use.

Great computer at the price we paid. Probably not available under 600 anymore. Been great

Purchased this laptop in August for my daughter who was heading to first year of college. She is doing virtual classes, but having the computer basically shut down during her third class is a problem. There is no excuse for this. It is obvious that HP knows of this problem if you google about it, their recommendations are insulting as well. They tell you to shut down apps or other software, to go to a cooler room, really? Her room is freezing already. She has it sitting on a wooden desk with nothing around it to block fans, she even raised it up to try to help, no luck. We will be returning this and getting something she can rely on for school.

It was pretty easy to set this laptop up to use at home or the office. I love the touchscreen, it makes things a lot easier for me.

My previous laptop was on life support and I had to pull the plug literally. It would not take another charge after 10years. I was nervous about purchasing this laptop but it has been nothing but easy to use and set up. I was able to keep my job without interference and complete my assignments I fell behind on due to the laptop situation. I highly recommend. I purchased the geek squad through best buy and I purchased the 3Y Care coverage that HP offered me for less than $60.

I had an HP laptop previously and liked it and this new one did not disappoint. Very fast downloads. Touch screen is mice addition.

Got this for my big Sis when she became an Independent Life Insurance Agent and she can't stop raving about the load of features and here satisfaction with this H/P Laptop. She needed a larger screen, long battery, lightweight, Alexa enabled, and desire touchscreen plus lighted keyboard . Now my turn after using here as a test trial guinea pig/lab rat . Thanks for Big Sis trying things first .

Everything i needed easy to use and light weight. Works great for work and was compatible with there software

So happy with my HP computer, the 2 in 1 feature is great for work then entertainment. Great speed ease of use.

This PC checks off all the boxes in the form, function and price departments. The 2-in-1 feature is an added bonus. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the keyboard is not centered so I have to shift my natural typing "stance" a little to the left. This is offset by the built in 10 key pad, which is very handy and not available on many PCs.
