Great lap top, totally satisfied.

Just wished I could have afforded the 17" screen, but they only give student discounts. To bad they didn't do the same for senior citizens.

I was trying to write my masters thesis on an older laptop. It was so bad, I procrastinated and got behind. I bought the Envy on Black Friday and it’s been a lifesaver. The keypad is quiet and needs little pressure to type. Sturdy construction yet sleek. Touchscreen has come in handy. Boots up fast. I might buy a pen next. I’m disappointed that Microsoft suite didn’t come with but no biggie.

I had my eye set on another one. But it wasn’t in stock. Best Buy staff helped me find a new one that fit my needs and was also on sale. It wasn’t in stock but the could order it and it would arrive at my house the next day. Easy. Seamless. Set up was quick. A wonderful daily use laptop for school, work, and extra hobby type enjoyment.
