I can rely on the laptop every time I start it. The size of the screen is perfectly large, giving a sharp, clear picture. Processing time is fast. The only drawback is not having the instructions with the device (as a part of it being an "Open Box Buy").

Thinking of continuing our security with Geek squad when our year is up....

The anodized aluminum shell is well executed with easy conversion to a tablet mode. That works very smoothly, in spite of the relatively large display. I'm pleased with the illuminated keyboard and the on board numeric key pad. Amazing that all the features fit in this half inch thick form factor. It's not especially cheap but I think it's a lot of bang for the bucks.
