    I have used HP products for some time and have no problems. This machine was easy to set up, I did not need to use Best Buy’s technical support. The touch screen is taking some getting used to but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

    Screen is nice and bright. Boots up fast. Print jobs to an HP 8600 hung until I deleted all the other printers (e.g. print to PDF). Keyboard takes some getting used to. Windows 10 is evolving quickly and most HOWTOs, including Microsoft's, don't match what I see, thought usually close enough to find how to actually do it.

    As a student I use zoom for multiple hours everyday. By hour 1.5 it says my internal microphone stops working and the computer malfunctions making it hard to even exit the Zoom. I got a new computer, same exact one and the same thing happened. Not good for students

    Max and Millie and some of your other Geek squad people are great....Max went over and beyond to help us and never seemed bothered by all my questions.This is Robin Graham not Paul he liked everyone but I dealt with them more...:) Outstanding job they all do....Max might be sorry he has us for the year Ha!!! Thinking of continuing our security with Geek squad when our year is up....
