Good computer for games but kids noticed when computer is plugged and on zoom something inside rumbles and makes loud noises and shuts down. Now they have to leave computer unplugged for zoom.

I needed a laptop for my college classes that I will be taking and at first I was going to get a surface pro 7 but I didn't want to pay the expensive cost of it plus the keyboard. Although this is still around the expensive side, it is worth the cost of this computer it performs so much and can do so much.

Love it!

With online classes it has been awesome. The speed is great and she is able to stay active in all her Google meet classes. The cost was a little more than I had planned to speed but with the features it is really and investment that she will be able to use for a long long time.

Good but not excellent

I like the size but it doesn't have as much memory as I need for all of my pictures and videos. I am using an external hard drive. It is a bit awkward to have to pull out the external hard drive when I want to do something with my pictures.

Good computer

I have to run a wifi reset to connect to the internet. This started the first time I tried to connect to my home network. I'm not sure if it's my wifi or the computer. Nut overall it's good.

Great for simple

This will be the perfect one. It has all basic features that you'll need, the battery life is GREAT, its fast speed, the screen is clear. I've had it since 06/07/2020 and I haven't experience any issues at all. This is by far the best computer I've ever had.
