It's like way fast with the AMD raise in 5 4500 series. I am having some trouble upgrading the ram working with HP. I wish it woulda came with 16 but I guess I'll just have to upgrade to 32. Haha. I do love it I wish I could buy another.

It’s a bit bigger than I expected but it does the job! I’ve had a bit of trouble with the software and audio drivers for some reason, but that seems to be a Windows issue, not a computer issue.

Had a 17" screen with my last laptop. With the features of the Envy, I'm very pleased. The staff of the Auburn Hills store (Mike of the geek squad and the sales person) were terrific to work with,

So far so good. I haven't had it a month yet. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the one drive and drop box but overall I think I made a good choice. I will review again after I have had it longer and started school

Lots of Audio Issues

The audio drivers constantly delete itself and the internal microphone often just disappears. I spent more time fixing this laptop than actually getting to use all the functions it has. The worst part is with all the online classes, the constant audio issues mid-class is a headache. I highly disappointed with my purchase and I wish I got a different laptop instead.
