Lightweight, easy to use although I haven't used the "tablet" function but have used the touchscreen option - doesn't require much of a touch. It processes very fast. Great laptop for a great price! Bought it on sale!

This Laptop is a decent starter laptop. Depends on preference & what you are using it for, I’d recommend going straight to MacBook for a great overall performance. If your a specs guy/gal go for the specs you want so that you know 100% that your getting what you want. Do plenty of research, don’t be scared to spend a couple hundred dollars more to get what you actually want & need so you won’t have to double back / upgrade no time soon. Overall was great to me I’ve edited many of videos, which got me to where I’m at & ready to upgrade. It’s 2 in 1 so you can use it as a tablet. I found myself doing so maybe 5 times, I mainly used for editing & streaming.

Its fast and has no stutters. The fingerprint scanner has been a little buggy but it works most times. The screen has wide viewing angles and good color accuracy. The speakers are amazing. They get loud and have bass and accurate audio Overall this system works well and does as expected.

Was looking for a laptop that offered me the functions I wanted and needed. My new Envy 360 answers to all expectations. Light in weight and fast in performance. I am pleased with this selection and the help I received in obtaining my desires. Looking forward to years of performance.

Boots up really fast. biggest thing is the Battery does not last very long. Keys are not backlit or if it does, have not figured out how to activate. just used to higher end laptops. Next time will go back to all the bells and whistles. I like having a CD drive in a laptop.

This wasn't my first choice but I have to say I'm very happy with this purchase It does everything I needed and has room to expand the internal memory and a larger SSD. The number keypad is a plus too. I plan on purchasing a hub for it so I can add more monitors and more USB ports.

This is a great computer for household use (not gaming). It is fast, easy to use, and has a great screen. The keyboard and mouse are "just right." I have worked on other computers where they are either too sensitive or you need to really hit them hard to work. I couldn't be happier.

Computer has preformed well. Biggest complaint UBS ports. There are only 2 and the one on the left side is hard to use due to design problem. The port has a cover that opens downward. This makes it difficult to attach the drive while sitting on a desk

We purchased this computer for our grand daughter to use for her online homeschooling. She is very pleased with it and seems to enjoy doing her homework on it. From my experience, HP computers are very reliable and easy to use, so I am very pleased with what we purchased for her to use.

I know little about lap tops so the selection was a bit of a guessing game but I am happy with my choice. A bit more battery time would be nice but maybe my experience is typical. Still, I am happy with my choice.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. For start it's very thin. Battery drain is a little higher than our old HP, but that's comparing apples to oranges as the old one had an extended pack. So far it's tackled everything I've thrown at it except gaming, which it wasn't purchased for.

I wasn’t sure how to rate it because I haven’t figured a lot out. It has windows 10 which is quite different than I had. I loved my last HP and know that once I figure it out, I will love this one too. Thanks to my salesmen at Best Buy That talked me through some of my questions.

I've only used this as a second laptop for about a month, but so far I have no complaints. It's lightweight and fairly ergonomic, perfect for Zoom meetings. Sharp display and decent sound. Good all around laptop. Now if Microsoft Edge would just stop trying to take over!

I just got my computer this evening and I am just learning how to use it. So far, everything is working well. Just need some adjustments on my part, like going from a mouse to a finger & not laying my hands on the keyboard, which causes strange things to happen!

So far, I am happy with my new computer. I having been slowly transitioning from my old computer to this new one. There are many differencing in using Window 7 to Window 10 and it has been a lot to absorb. But, all-in-all, I think I will be happy with the purchase.

Rudygar did a great job of telling of the features and function of this laptop that we purchased for our granddaughter who graduated from high school and headed to college. The Geek squad set it up for her quickly and efficiently. Grace has been very happy with her new laptop at Troy University.

My ASUS hard drive finally crashed so needed a quick replacement with similar capabilities but didn’t want to go too high. The HP fit the bill and was easy to work with for a not real tech savvy guy. Could have used 3 USB ports instead of two but that was a minor point

Nice, solid laptop. I've been purchasing HP laptops for many years. This laptop is quiet and fast, has a clear screen, has a 10-key pad, and boots quickly with the solid state drive. I wish it had an extra USB port, but I have learned to live without it.

Great laptop for my daughter who is beginning her college years. She is very familiar with it and it is extremely user friendly. I'm glad I got geek squad with it and also got insurance because she's a teenager and she can go to any best buy if she has issues.

Had fast delivery to my home then GEEK SQUAD helped set up and transfer the "old computer" on to the new! I do hope the GEEKS can go back to the old system for their cover on the yearly base for COMPUTER ONLY, instead of full home stuff that we already have coverage on!
