the whole process of buying a new lap top has been super! Right from the help choosing the one best for my needs, transferring all my old files, and doing it quickly and professionally. there is so many new things I'm finding and enjoying.

I just love my new HP Envy. Worth every penny. Easy to use and responds quickly. So glad I purchased this one. I use this every day. I have already recommended this to 2 friends and to a family member.

This is a very sleek computer. Fast I love the tablet/ touchscreen features. My only complaint is it’s very heavy but very nice computer. I will say that I only use it to place my store inventory on it cause the computer there is so terribly slow.

So far okay. I've had no problems. Fast and not complicated. Really nice visual quality. Picture color is great. If you are not use to touch-screen it may take a while to get use to it. I love the size. Not to big and not to small.

I love the computer but according to the geek squad the Drive on the camera doesny seem to workI bought this soecifically to work from home and now they say its another 100. To fix it. Well i already bought the Geek Swuad to fix it So now what?????

Doesn't come with too much bloatware. Haven't had any issues with converting between modes, the keyboard isn't bad all things considered. Shame the mouse pad doesn't have discrete left and right clicks though. Thin and light.

This laptop computer is light, easy to set up and easy to use. the usual unfamiliarity in going from one computer to a new one is minimal. Within a day it had become an old friend. Battery usage lasts at least 5 hours (20% charge remaining) and recharge is under an hour and a half.

I have owned an Envy for a couple years now and have no problems and really love it. Decided to get my husband one when his computer died and he loves his also! A little jealous as his has a few new features but we have no complaints about either one of them.

I love the ease of use and capability of this machine. I got it as an open-box item. It was still in the dust sleeve and had the foam separator between the monitor and keyboard. I also got it for more than $100 off ticket. Thank you Best Buy!!!

We bought this at a Best Buy store and received a great service on our purchase. Love the laptop and it's features. Because of the wide selection of laptop, with such great prices and services, we will surely buy another laptop at Best Buy again. Thank you.

My wife and I also have a Pavilion, which has served us well, so we thought we'd try the Envy and are very pleased with the overall quality. I like the touch of the keyboard, the sturdier power key (much improved over the Pavilion), and the camera privacy key.

I am very content with my purchase. I love the camera kill switch. Setting up my computer was easy to do. Sometimes my computer when it is asleep wont turn back on when I push the power button. but other than that. I am obsessed with this laptop.

I do like this computer. Sometimes it gets into tablet mode and it has a hard time switching over but overall it seems to be working well. I mainly use it to make graphics for my vinyl cutting business and overall it does the job well

I'm a little disappointed that the function to do a screenshot is so complicated, my old laptop just had a button I could push to do this, in this respect this laptop is very complicated and requires a lot of steps.

I bought this looking for a decent computer, You cant go wrong with HP . If you ever have to use it HP customer service is top notch. Havent had to use it on this one. Great sound , Multiple pages open at once, One of the better laptops i have bought in my lifetime

When your computer no longer can keep up with the daily work, it's time for a new one. The HP ENVY is a solid workhorse and has survived numerous trips. For the money, one of the best buys out there.

Old man. First PC. Computer overheated while plugged in 10 days after pickup. The battery overheats causing the screen to freeze, go black and/or turn off and needing time to cool off in order to turn back on. I need to recharge in increments. Brought back to Best Buy after problem arose the first time and was told geek squad doesn't do this sort of repair and item needs shipment to KY and would take 2 weeks for return. Also told HP gets 3 attempts to fix before an exchange would be permitted. Coronavirus looming so I kept machine for later repair. Looked up item to see if others had the same problem and it seems it isn't all that isolated. Lucky me. Reminds me of a Ferrari that purrs in-between breakdowns. Good when working. Doesn't always work. I just purchased another PC as a backup. Not a HP product. In fact never again a HP product. Stay well folks. Keep smiling.

Shopped this laptop for my aging parents -- couldn't help them with setup due to coronavirus. Just dropped it off. They were able to get it set up all by themselves, with minimal phone coaching from me. They're loving it -- especially the touch screen.

Love HP products. This was good price and I have bought a lot of AMD laptops in the past. This one will do the job for my sons schooling. I always buy at Best Buy because of Geek Squad service and they have always provided top rate service

I am still learning the many features this laptop has. I especially like having the option to turn the webcam off when not in use. In today's society one can never be too cautious regarding predators.
