My daughter had to started her third year of college online at LSU and she needed a new computer. Since I live in Maryland it was easy to go online an order this computer and have her do a curbside pickup at her local Best Buy. She love her new computer!!!!

Very pleased with my purchase of HP Computer.I am much older, just purchased my first computer.. A new world has been opened up for me ! Especially wanted to mention the most helpful staffing at Best Buy store located in the city of Downey California.

I bought this computer for my son for his college needs. He seems to like it. It is hard to get very descriptive answers from a teenager. He never complains about it, so he must love it. If he did not love it, I would have heard about it.

This device has been a great tool for my students use for virtual learning during this pandemic. The tablet feature has allowed ease of use in the digital programming class. It is a compact and versatile device. Would recommend that others purchase.

Super fast computer and lightweight. A little smaller than last computer because screen goes almost all the way to the edge of the monitor. Gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I believe it could be just a little more user friendly.

The Ryzen processor allows some cheap multi-tasking power. The build quality is plastic and doesn't feel the best, but it works and it's cheaper than what you will get for Intel, and will allow you to multi-task as well if not better with the additional cores.

I bought this computer for my wife being that she never owned her own personal laptop prior to this one. It's been a great tool in the fact that she works from home. After seeing how happy she was I wanted to go purchase one for myself.

I purchased this new computer to be able to work from home and have video conference meetings. Unfortunately for me the excitement only lasted a week. I used it for a meeting one week with no issues. One week later, for another very important meeting, I realized minutes before my audio drive wasn't working. Apparently, after an HP update it was lost. I am dealing with HP support and I am in the process of rebuilding my computer. I would have rated this computer EXCELLENT if I were not dealing with rebuilding my computer.

The sales rep at Best Buy was very nice. He took his time and answered all of my questions the best way that he could so I could make the right decision on which laptop to purchase. I made the right choice. My daughter loves her new Hp laptop.

It’s a laptop. It’s a tablet. Can pretty much do anything I want with it. And I love it’s sleek design. Only thing. I wish it came with office. I think all computers should be pre-loaded with office already.

Great color and awesome computer for just about all average usage. This computer can handle all basic task and operations. The USB-C out is helpful for plugging in monitors and additional usb hubs.

Computer is exactly what I need. Have had it a few weeks now, and no issues have come up. Easy to set up, internet access throughout the house Was a big thing I was concerned with. With that and the google router, connection is not an issue at all.

We needed a laptop that was the right size and had great speed and storage space . This unit is perfect for us and fits the needs of my wife for her work ! I would recommend this unit to everyone !

I've had this laptop for over a year and not a single problem. It's pretty fast and hard to beat at the price point. Don't use it for extended periods on the battery so I can't really say much about that.

I really had no idea what I wanted but the salesman, Jimmy, was great. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. All in all a great experience. Oh and the guys in the Geek Squad transferred everything from my old lap to to the new one.

This computer was great but quickly things turned for the bad. I think it might be the hard drive that's the lemon. Whenever I do anything, other than have it on and sitting there, it makes noises as if it's going to breakdown. I just downloaded an update to the AMD drive and for the last two days, it'll start getting really hot when charging or in sleep mode. Nervous it's going to catch fire. There are a few other things that don't work right anymore but all in all, it's turned out to be less than what I should have received for the price.

I bought one 3 weeks ago but an HP update that was faulty caused it to malfunction. BB replaced it after 2 weeks with a new one. The update issue was resolved so my new one didn't get the blue screen of death and is working great after a week.

This is a powerful laptop that easily handles the general usage of internet and MS office. Bought for my wife to use with her medical practice EMRs and it works like a charm! HP has built a quality machine with versatility to handle a range of tasks with ease.

I love my new laptop. Sometimes, it’s not just about an individual advisor going the extra mile for the customer, but a customer service team coming together in the best interests of the customer.

I really wanted to like this laptop, but again HP has failed me; for the last time. I though the Envy series was supposed to be far superior than Pavillion, but it was not the case. I'm now sure the Spectre would not even be worth the high price they charge. Ryzen 5 is supposed to be super fast, but I really can't tell the difference during regular laptop use; I mean it still takes a few seconds to load pages or media. The build is great, metallic finish, backlit keyboard, 2-1 design with good hinges, almost bezel-less screen with decent full HD touch display. It does seem to show wear around the edges very easily even if use is minimal. Memory and storage is decent enough for an entry-level, although I would have appreciated more like other options in the market. Where this laptop fails is in drivers. I have had a constant audio driver issue that makes microphone, speakers, audio components in general fail and make loud screeching noises that interrupt video or audio call sessions and require a complete shutdown. It's annoying and defeats the purpose of this computer in these times where video calls are basically the norm. I've also had frequent wi-fi driver issues where it also requires a reboot to re-connect. Overall I wish I had chosen my other option when I purchased this. There are infinite threads in HP support community but there is not an official response or solution provided by them. I recommend you buy anything else but this specific model, and if you can avoid HP even better.
