The product has really been the most useful laptop I've had in years!!! Love it. Can easily get my assignments done and watch some movies on the side. Also kudos to the staff in Union Square Best Buy in NY.

Great camera and sound. Perfect for home use. The camera and sound function is perfect for Zoom or Webex meetings. Office products are great and easy to download and use. The quality of the screen is great and storage.

I have always bought and used a desk top computer in my computer room. I love this my first laptop. I can take it from room to room or even with me on vacation. It is easy to use and I have attached a mouse that I am used to using. I love it.

I needed a new lap top to store my pictures and photo software. The clarity of this laptop is Very good!! It has lots of memory. I have looked at a number of laptops before choosing this one. I feel it is a good deal for the amount that I paid.

So far it’s been a good laptop. Battery life is good and screen quality is nice. It takes a long time to restart if it does not shut down properly and once the keyboard wouldn’t work however a quick restart solved the problem.

My daughter loves her new Laptop. We had a little trouble with the shipping but Best buy came through and fixed the issue. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Very good lap top. Easy to use. Not too big, not to small. Not very heavy. I like it. Can flip it around to be tablet. Kids can even use it but has finger print to get on so kids can’t get on it u don’t want them to

So far...so good. We purchase this laptop for our curriculum director and she is loving it thus far. The audio is beefy and the screen is really responsive and fluid in graphics and illustrations.

I couldn't see myself with another laptop after purchasing this one. I love the style and how thin it is. The display is wonderful also. It looks good, it's fast and perfect for gaming.

I'm not much of a laptop person but I bought this when I first started my business a year ago an I have not had a single problem with it. However my girlfriend loves it an uses it for work an her school work.

This is a great laptop for engineering students. Unlike a Mac you can download various applications on it. The tablet option is great whenever you need to write on a document, It would be best to buy a pen like the Bamboo one.

This computer is easy to set up and use. The screen is amazingly clear with a large screen. I got this computer to finish my masters program and feel like I got a great quality computer that will fit all my needs!

I use the tablet view all the time for drawing and recording and the hinge is very easy to maneuver when switching back and forth.

This is an excellent first laptop for me as I use it for school and drawing. Although the sound can be a bit buggy for mine, it has a nice look to it and has great features.

Still getting used to my new computer. I like the bigger screen and the ease of touching the keys. I especially like the extra USB ports along with the hdmi connection. Over all so far I like it.

This purchase was necessary to replace my laptop whose battery had virtually died. It's easy to use and has very good speed. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a built-in disc drive

Nice display, very good sound quality, good build, keyboard is nice, could be opened with one hand, nice looks and color, processing is also decent and graphics are good as well. Overall good value for money.

So far, I love using my new HP. I love the finger print ID to log in as well as the lighted keyboard. I also love that this laptop is so thin. The added number keypad is a plus. Would definitely recommend.
