I bought this laptop to help me through student teaching because I needed more memory and to be able to efficiently have multiple tabs open. This computer allows me to do that and has been a great asset to me so far!

What a great mid range budget laptop! The nice sharp touch display, the fingerprint reader to log in, the fast SSD, and fast processor make this laptop a great buy for anyone looking for a low to midrange laptop.

The laptop met my expectations. It is everything I expected to perform my personal duties as professionals. The work team when installing the programs was excellent and their packaging according to expectations too.

This laptop works as expected. The keyboard touch is fine and the back-light helps a lot. The keypad helps with the data entry in the spreadsheet. The touch-screen works as advertised.

This computer is excellent for college. Camera and microphone is great for zoom meetings. The display and audio quality was better than expected. Overall runs very smooth, feels like great bang for the buck.

The bottom rubber fell but other than that it is okay. There seems to be a problem with the mouse pad. The mouse pad changes from either too sensitive to non responsive.

I'm not a tech guru, so I do not feel qualified to give a laptop review. All I can say is that the fan isn't loud, it's quite fast starting up, and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Thumbs up from me so far.

Bought this for office use. Works great for general purposes like emails/ ms office. Works okay for light to medium use. Heavy use not recommended like playing graphic heavy games as this won't handle it too wel

I just bought this computer because I needed an upgrade. I just needed something for my school work and this one is perfect. It's lightweight and has a long battery life... exactly what I'm looking for!

Bought this laptop as a gift to my niece. To our surprise, the first day she used it for school while on zoom with the whole class, the laptop made a funky noise (crackling and vibrating). It only stopped when we restarted. We always update it and also updated the BIOS. After 2 days (everything has been updated), it did it again! Restarted the device and worked fine for another week. My sister called HP and resolved the case when she was asked if it made noise again! What a bunch of crap! And after few hours of closing the case because it didn't make any after few days, of course the laptop did its best again - make the very annoying noise! Now that its past the return period, we have to deal with HP. They are asking my sister to send it for them to check. Now my niece will not have any laptop to use. The main reason we bought this for her is to use for school. We will probably have to suck up dealing with HP. If you are looking for a laptop - find other brands. We only bought this because of the sale. But the headache is unimaginable and very frustrating!

The Best Buy associate was very helpful in helping us pick an affordable quality laptop for our college student. Our son's now been using it for over a month with great success. We would definitely buy it again.

So far, I can't say enough about it. Everything is so easy and goes smoothly. That's saying a lot from a retired legal assistant who needs all the bells and whistles. Very happy with it.

Had to replace my old laptop. This was a very nice upgrade. Lightning fast and easy to use. Enjoy the biometric sign in so I don't have another password to remember.

Was looking at another brand and was directed to the HPs and was showed 2 different ones that would fit with what we needed/wanted. This one so far is working out just fine for what we need. Worth the money.

This was a gift for my mom and she loves it! She had a Dell laptop before and it crashed. I use HP at work so I knew it would be reliable. It’s sleek and very portable which is a great feature for her.

Great laptop. I use it for personal things and it has work well for me. The only con is the battery seems to drain fast even when not in use, but other than that, it’s good.

It's a Christmas present but I love all the Best Buy products and service! What can I say? I buy everything at Best Buy for the support and product coverage! It has paid off on more than one occasion!

I’ve had a MacBook for the past 10 years, so I was hesitant to buy the HP Envy. Let me tell you...the HP Envy is 100 times better than the MacBook. Glad I tried something new and went with the HP Envy.
