I got this primarily to do streaming on Twitch and some work with the Adobe suite for my art, and this computer does great. I also love the screen size and display. Great value for the price!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My purchase was made very easy by their input. I am very pleased with my purchase. The Geek Squad was also very helpful with the set-up of my new equipment.

Purchased this for the wife for work. She uses it all the time. The ability to flip the screen all the way around to make a tablet is nice but makes for a heavy tablet.

This computer is great, second HP I've had and I'll never buy anything different. Runs programs smoothly and really love the fingerprint unlock feature!

Really liking the new HP Envy X360 much improvement over one that we owned before of course it was over 9 years old. Would recommend this one, easy to set up and get started using.

The computer works great and so far I’ve had no problems but occasionally the trackpad sticks but other than that the computer is like brand new!

As a fulltime university student, it's important that I have an effecient laptop. On occasion it has the usual bug (ie the keyboard won't type), but overall I'm very satisfied!

I worked on a friend's for a couple of months before breaking down to buy the same computer...only it wasn't exactly the same--probably manufactured a bit later which accounts for the differences. Not a computer geek at all, so I would have preferred a manual rather than having to go to hp123 every time I have a question. Someone else would probably love this, but I simply like it and still do a lot on my Kindle Fire. It's a computer, nothing fancy, and if it was, I wouldn't know what to do with it anyway.

WE PAID FOR OFFICE HOME & STUDENT 2019 BUT HAVE BEEN UNA BLE TO GET IT INSTALLED ON OUR LAPTOP? CALLED CUSTOMER SERVCE AND HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS ALREADY!

The first time I bought it, the speaker stopped working for some reason. But then I returned it and got another one and that one seems to be working just fine so far.

Has a nice premium feel to it. Also I love the thumb reader for identity protection. It has both USB C and the old one. I just wish they had an Ethernet port.

I love my HP Computer. I'm familiar and used to the HP and they have high ratings so that's why I kept with buying another HP. They are very reliable and work very efficiently.

I really enjoy using this computer. I also own a Mac and it was easy to switch to the HP for business purposes. However, the outside of the computer scratches easily.

This was purchased on sale on recommendation by the sales girl. For middle of the road, it works great and is easy. You can't go wrong by buying this. I bought for my 13 y/o for school work and play.

It's a good laptop but not very durable for the price. It fell off my desk one time and a tiny corner of the screen cracked. Should be made a little more durable for the price

This laptop is easy to use and very durable. The webcam is clear and the microphone is great. Volume could be a little better but that would be the only thing to tweak.

Works great but is 2nd HP I have purchased in last 6-7 months and had to take both back for exchange because of a line on screen that was there right out of box

I really love this laptop. I am not a computer wiz but find this easy to use, type with and am looking forward to using it for watching movies when we can finally travel again!
