The computer works great and so far I’ve had no problems but occasionally the trackpad sticks but other than that the computer is like brand new!

I purchased this for my sister after the last one I purchased was stolen in a burglary. This is her only entertainment after 2 recent cancer surgeries she is housebound during recovery.

Works great but is 2nd HP I have purchased in last 6-7 months and had to take both back for exchange because of a line on screen that was there right out of box

I really love this laptop. I am not a computer wiz but find this easy to use, type with and am looking forward to using it for watching movies when we can finally travel again!

This computer has all the bells and whistles that I need. The on button is hidden in the top row of keys so I had to hunt for it the first few times I used the computer

I am so glad that I got this. I use it for school and it is so easy to use and navigate. I can multitask with it. My other laptop i was not able to do that with, it slowed down considerably.

Love this computer! Had an issue with the first one I purchased so this was my exchange. I really love the 2 in 1 being able to flip it and use it like an iPad! Great product.

We like our laptop. It’s a big upgrade from one we had for 6 years. Screen is so clear and bright. Easy for us to navigate and learn new features. Quick to sign in and close down.

Computer works well with internet browsing, doing work, running DAWs, and even runs some games from 2 - 3 years ago pretty well. The flip screen is an added bonus for me as now I can watch shows anywhere.

My wife needed a laptop to work from home since my son was using his for school, so we decided to give hp a try. Well it sorks great and has the capabilities needed for her to work from home.

Love love love this labtop. Super fast. AMD processor is so much better than the intel processor. Best Buy was great at matching prices and delivery was on time. Wonderful product.

Great unit, if are on the go and a 2 in 1. The camera isn’t the greatest quality and the space bar has very little travel. Other than that, good bang for you buck.

This is a quality laptop. We got it for my wife to work from home but I use it at times too for some light gaming. It’s a great computer and I ended up buying another HP for myself.

Use this computer to store and view photos, no editing. Prefer this computer over the iPad to manage email accounts and such. Also great for use with Microsoft Office. Pretty good graphics.
