Love my new laptop with the perk of Alexa built in and all the other convenient and smart apps built in. Keyboard lighting up when in muted lighting is wonderful as well.

This is a quality laptop. We got it for my wife to work from home but I use it at times too for some light gaming. It’s a great computer and I ended up buying another HP for myself.

First experience with a SSD in a PC and it makes a huge difference in startup and load times. Aluminum case is nice and seems to be scratch resistant. Speakers are very quiet

Computer works well with internet browsing, doing work, running DAWs, and even runs some games from 2 - 3 years ago pretty well. The flip screen is an added bonus for me as now I can watch shows anywhere.

Use this computer to store and view photos, no editing. Prefer this computer over the iPad to manage email accounts and such. Also great for use with Microsoft Office. Pretty good graphics.

I had issues with my computer over heating and had to take it into get serviced within the first year of having it.

Exactly what I was looking for. Will be using it for personal and business. Seems as though its a solid laptop so far as I've only been having it for a couple of weeks.

I purchased this to use my Cricut Air Explore II machine. This is exactly what I wanted--something light and easy to transport that will is compatible with my machine. It's easy to navigate.

I like having the larger screen and the number pad on the side. still working on the settings as screen turns off fast but great picture and very fast startup and downloads

I bought this laptop for my sister and she uses the laptop to do her homework and uses it to play online as well. This laptop works very well for personal and work use.

So this laptop is and was absolutely amazing - until it wasn't . For some reason ( and this seems to be a recurring issue with these laptops ) the hinge between the display and the back of the front assembly of the laptop snapped and destroyed my laptop and my screen . I have zero idea what could've caused this . I am VERY careful with my laptop and have almost never used it in tablet mode . I opened it just like I normally would , heard a loud snap , and all of a sudden , I can't move the top half of my laptop , but it also won't stand up on its own , and the display is spiderwebbed . I'm going to have to pay $500+ to get the entire top assembly of this laptop replaced after less than a year of having it , which is honestly extremely disappointing as I usually keep laptops for a good 8 years before I need to get a new one , and like I said , I am SUPER careful with my laptops . This is not a fault of BestBuy - definitely a manufacturing issue , but because I had no protection , I was screwed , of course . Just be wary that this can happen before buying it . My current setup is now the bottom half of my laptop plugged into an external monitor and an Ethernet cable and let me tell you , it's not fun .

I've had my laptop for a couple of months now and it has been an absolutely good experience. There has been no problems and it has been the best laptop I've gotten.

Had it for a few weeks, I got it for school. I was in class early this morning and a loud noise started to happen and it wasn’t the fan. I had to leave the class and restart it and even when I shut it down it was still making that noise. Finally after cutting it back on it stopped making that noise. Very concerned about it. If it happens again I’m going to return it, hopefully it doesn’t because it’s really nice and fun to use. I haven’t read any other reviews about this happening.

This is my first laptop so I looked around to make sure I got the right one. I live all it does and being able to go from laptop to tablet I loved, it didn't take long to figure it out.

I bought this computer for my daughter for college. She loves it. Much better than the last one she had that was a thousand years old. Major improvement.

My other laptop crashed, and I decided to go with an HP for the new replacement laptop. I have had a good experience with HP’s, and hope that continues with this one.

You can't beat an HP ENVY Laptop. I have used HP products for over 20 years exclusively due to their quality, design and support. This laptop has great resolution too.
