This machine was recommended to me by the salesperson because it met most of my specs and, since it was on sale, was within my budget. After the initial setup and a few tweaks with the Geek squad, the computer turned out to be easy to set up and use, fast and stable. Not one issue so far. I love it.

I am not good when it comes to technology, but this computer has very easy to use and I have not had any issues with it yet! Best Buy has also made it really easy to set everything up and I would suggest buying one from here. I really love the finger print passcode, makes logging in a breeze and saves time!

I bought this laptop for school and it’s amazing. Very easy to log in with fingerprint ID, very quick computer, camera & mic work really good for video calls. The touchscreen is very good and the screen can bend all the way back for tablet mode. Would really recommend for anybody ! Lots of space too!!

Glad to have made this purchase ! My old laptop was an HP product which I was happy with so I wanted to stick with HP. The features are great. Enjoy using the laptop's touch screen and tablet, features which I did not have with my old laptop. Very happy with quality, screen resolution and speed!!

I purchased this with a few others to test before making my selection. Here are the reasons why this ultimately went back. 1. Too heavy for a 2 in 1. I tested this against the dell inspiron 7000 2 in 1 and although the weight difference is only 0.6 lbs the difference in the hand is very noticeable. 2. The keyboard keys are spaced too far apart and makes for a weird typing experience. I think this is something you can get adjusted to but in my few days of testing it never felt right to me. 3. Too dim. At peak 250 brightness it isn't enough if yiu are in a bright office. Keep in mind, thag most laptops in this price range is around 250 to 300. Things I liked. 1. Very good build quality. Everything felt polished and sturdy. 2. Large accurate track pad. Overall the cons outweighed the pros.

So far everything about this computer has been pretty good. The finger sensor sometimes doesn't recognize my print-kind of weak. Was stunned to find this laptop doesn't have an internal mic. I have to use earbuds to conference- kind of insane for this day and age. Other than that- a solid 4-star.

I bought this computer for work and it is exactly what I was looking for. No CD drive but can easily download programs with the incredibly fast processor. The reason for the 4 star review is because of the glare of the screen. Other than that great computer with fast speeds.

Pretty happy out of the gate. Got my software working fairly well without outside help, which is saying something. Only feature that will take getting used to is the fingerprint key has replaced the right ctrl key which it turns out I used a lot. But not a deal breaker.

This computer works well for everything I have needed so far. With programming and compiling different 3D CAD design. The RAM is a little low for a few tasks I have tried but that is a easy future fix. Graphics and multi- processes work well. Would recommend this product to others.

This laptop is great for me as a primary media consuming device and for school work. I'm also a big fan of the sleek design and small bezels on the screen. It runs great and everything loads fast as you would expect from a machine with ryzen 7 and an ssd. My only dislike was the power button being with the rest of the keys and not on it's own. I feel like it's more prone to being accidentally pressed.

I purchased this laptop with the express intent to use for online paralegal courses I am taking. So far no issues, runs fast and is pretty easy to work through. Husband even borrows to use for his D&D games (buying his own soon so he has a dedicated laptop for that lol!)

The power, graphics and speed are impressive for the price point. A perfect computer for that 12-16 year old in your life who wants a laptop but you don't wanna break the bank on a Apple or high end Lenovo just yet....

The Envy keyboard is different from any I've used in 25 years - it's just something I have to get used to. The laptop is very fast (mine has Ryzen 7 processor). The only issue is Windows 10 version - I can't print - not because of the Envy but because of Win 10 v2004

I have been nothing but pleased! My old Dell was outdated and take FOREVER to boot up. I waited and priced computers and ended up with this HP and its been great! Im still navigating the new windows but i love it! SUPER FAST! The fingerprint scanner is great as well

This is a great computer very easy to use. The only thing I had gone wrong with it was the battery wouldn’t calibrate. But I took it in and we’re able to fix it. I would Recommend buying this. The price on the computer was great.

Happy with lap top. Seems to have enough power for what I am using it for. Graphics is great. One issue though. Needed to increase memory in-order to run virtual environment I was setting up. lap top has not been designed to open. This is a design flaw. I had memory added at Office Depot. Service technician told me how difficult it was to open. There were two glued down strips that covered main screws to open. These had to be permanently removed. One more very tiny screw had to be removed also. Technician said this screw was difficult to remove. Next iteration it would be great if design changes made it easier to open. There are reasonable reasons for upgrading.

The AMD Ryzen 7 processor works really well leading to reduce fan noise and heat Overall the screen resolution is great for everyday work as well as graphics and movies the finish on the laptop is almost like a very high end laptop making it very sleek looking as well

Wife needed a new computer. Took her to Best Buy for her birthday and told her to chose whichever one she wanted. This unit had all the computing power and storage she needed at a great price. Process for purchasing was easy, even in this time of social distancing.

This laptop is the best laptop I have ever owned! My cousin has one like it and I used her once and just had to have one! I highly recommend this product! It is amazing! It's fast and great for all my photoshop needs!
