Itss a descent computer, but my son uses it for e-sxhooling and has to run multiple programs, therefore it overheats real quick and the battery only lasts 5 hours then has to charge again. Im looking at a cooling mat for it.

It meets my needs for telehealth counseling. The only problem I had shortly after I got it was that the drivers were not updated and consequently my microphone did not work properly, but the Geek Squad fixed that problem.

Computer is small and very economical to do anything you want. Easy to use and touch screen is fabulous along with the flip screen. absolutely a great deal on personal computer for just about anything you would use

Love this laptop and the Ryzen 7 chip in it, can't beat the performance on it. I was concerned that it only has the 250nit screen, but I have not found it to be an issue when using indoors. Pros: Performance Ryzen processor Fingerprint reader Upgradeable ram, ssd, and wifi Camera Shutter button Cons: It does not come with a thunderbolt port like the description says, so if you need that, you will need to look at other options. A little on the heavy side

its got a great look to it, 2-in-1 works great, HUGE mousepad, backlit keyboard, wish you could put in a better graphics card but works well even with the one it has, can run fall guys, madden, 2k, GTA V, all to the max res

So far I’m very pleased with this laptop. I bought it for my fiancé’s bookkeeping business, and it’s performed very well. The touch wasn’t something she cared about initially, but now she finds that feature invaluable.

Very satisfied with the speed and convenience features of this laptop. Very easy to use with a compatible windows pen for quick note taking and editing purposes. I highly recommend this for any student or teacher.

Kids LAPTOP. Was a Great replacement for the kids to use for their apps and for school. Nice size screen. They Loved it. Easy to carry around, nice visible keyboard plus they ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TOUCH SCREEN.

I love this Laptop. I especially like the touchscreen and the fact that the ten key is part of the keyboard. It included all the bells and whistles I was looking for. My ONLY complaint is that it is heavy.

I love the use fingerprint to unlock the computer and how there is a piece that covers the camera if you want. It works great! I love how you can flip it over into a tablet and that it is touch screen. Great computer!

I bought this for our church administrative assistant and she is very happy with the choice. The Geek Squad set it up and transferred files from the old computer for us and the whole experience was great.

I LOVE this laptop! I used it for school and have never had a problem with it. I still use it daily. It runs fast. Best laptop I have owned.

Easy to navigate and the keyboard lights up!! I can get some work done while the room is dark. Thin and lightweight and easy to travel with. I also like that it flips all the way open like a tablet.

Needed new laptop due to WFH and screen cracked on current one.... needed light up keyboard and numeric side keys, this had, great price and is a 2in1 to boot..... extremely fast, long lasting battery

So far no glitches, works smoothly, and fast. Long lasting battery and fairly light considering size. Haven't used the tablet mode yet, however didn't buy it for that purpose but at least I have that option.

This computer is a solid buy. While you won’t be doing any hardcore gaming on it, the system is solid if you want to do light design work. I did upgrade the ram (8 up to 16) in mine to give a little more power and would highly recommend if you feel the speed is lacking. The display is nothing great but again with what you are getting in an otherwise solid build, they had to cut cost somewhere to keep this price range. I also did purchase a hp tilt pen separately. It works well enough. Definitely not the response or wide customization options of a dedicated design tablet/stylus package (I recommend Wacom for this). But the pen is fun regardless. All in all I would highly recommend the laptop.

I love this machine. It’s amazingly fast and I love how it converts to a tablet. The sound is pretty good too. I can boot up and be on the internet within about 5 seconds. Don’t pass this up!

I have had this laptop for over a month now and absolutely love it! The only thing I would add to improve the product would be a light up keyboard for an easier time typing in the dark. Overall great product.

Replacing my old laptop with the HP Envy was a good decision as it does everything I need it to do and then some. Additionally, the price was right!

I really like having such a large screen to view my college assignments on. The laptop is fast and I don’t have any problems with it. I read reviews mentioning how loud the fan is and I never notice it.
