The speed is incredible. Works great...sometimes fingerprint reader needs two tries, but no biggie. Love the size and weight and battery life.

I purchased this computer for my real estate business. I'm able to have a number of websites open in chrome, a couple of word documents and at least one spreadsheet and easily navigate between all of them. When searching the web, pages load quickly. I haven't had a chance to do much with calculating spreadsheets but I'm sure it will handle it fine. Love the long-lasting battery too! I've had the computer for about a month now with no problems

I am a teacher and bought this computer to help with online learning. It is lightweight and easy to transport back and forth. Quality is also good.

This HP is speedier than my other PCs, including the Toshiba that I bought at Best Buy in 2014. I like its light weight, external look and key board.

Bought it for the wife. She does use it primarily for her research works and she is happy with the purchase. I bought a yoga c740 a couple of months before this purchase. Although the price difference between the two devices is $100, I think this one is better for the money. The The gpu is better, the storage is larger, and the rams are upgradable!

PC is fast, easy to use. 2nd one we own. Only drawback is heat dissipation if bottom vent is blocked off. Keep the vent unblocked and no issues.

Envy series is actually pretty elegant. I have grown to love the tablet style as well! Metal design, comfortable typing, beautiful screen.

Bought 2 of these and my girls seem to like them. One works great, the other the microphone doesn’t work. They tried fixing it online, but still not working. Will have to physically take it in to have it fixed and they will most likely have it a couple of days. Kind of disappointed whereas this is only 1 mo old. If she hadn’t had a zoom meeting where they couldn’t hear her we wouldn’t have known. I might update my review after it’s fixed.

Excellent Laptop!!! I really like the speakers on the laptop as well! This laptop is also pretty fast and it is also 2 in 1!!

I have officially had two of these laptops because the first had issues with the speakers and needed replaced. I was verbally promised an upgrade, but when that location didn't have it in stock, I went to a different location nearby to avoid taking further leave from work and accepted an equal replacement. They wouldn't upgrade me and now the speakers are missing here and there on the "new" laptop. I don't think asking for the ability to have a virtual meeting and perform a low level task is asking too much. I was told this is a top laptop, yet it is shuttering through the speakers at me. Only reason I'm giving a 2 is the front line workers. They are awesome and came back from furlough ready to go despite fear of losing a job. This laptop appears to be garbage, or oversold. I have a short period to determine which, but feel cornered by lack of affordable options. BestBuy had always been great (especially my dad dropping big bucks), but im not I'm doubting it.

I am a month into using this laptop and I absolutely love it. I primarily use it for work so I do a lot of multitasking. It has been fast and extremely quiet without any sign of faltering. The size is just right for regular day to day work but it is also small enough to be really portable. I primarily use this computer as a laptop but operate in tablet mode from time to time and I am impressed with the the quality and durability of the computer. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a quality 2-in-1.

Promptness, courtesy, and results were all excellent. We were delayed a few minutes on our appointment due to their busy schedule but then all flowed well, Jeremy took time to listen to our concerns, dealt with those he could, and set us up for further service. The clean up and tune up by James is working well. The machine seems to be working a bit quicker now. When we picked up the computer Ryan explained the repair process clearly. He was very courteous and clear. We are very happy with our Geek service.

Typical great HP quality, easy to setup and get started. The startup walks you thru the entire setup including link to your phone.

It had been far too long since I had purchased a new laptop and really didn't need all of the bells and whistles this one has, but for the price it was a no-brainer. I'm not sure I will ever get used to using the touch screen, but the fingerprint login is awesome and the backlit keypad is great too! The first one I bought had a microphone issue and I had to replace the laptop all together, but no issues so far (knock on wood) with this one! Love the speed and ease of this HP! I also purchased a HP dock and it is great!

Fast, great graphics, light, portable. Great laptop for the money. Power button is in an odd place, but you get used to that.

Purchased this laptop after my toshiba started to die after 10 yrs. seems to be easy to operate but have only had it a week so we will see.

Love that the keyboard can be folded behind the screen and it can be used like a large tablet. Excited it’s a touch screen.
