This computer is fast and easy to navigate. We told the salesman what we needed in a computer and he suggested the one we bought.

So far, rhe computer is fine. Setup isn't difficult, but more options would be nice. For example, they don't tell you this, but they encourage you to use Microsoft Edge for your browser. When you don't choose that, there is no option to get online Then you have to get edge. Then you can download Chrome and make it default. There are many other options that you have to choose from, but the explanation is not complete enough to make an informed choice. I was disappointed, but surprised.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Computer runs great and runs all of my Adobe software easily. I would suggest upgrading the RAM.

The HP Envy is a perfect computer for what we need it for. The speed is very fast. It is so easy to use and so portable!

We were getting more and more frustrated with our old computers. This computer is so much faster and more capable. It has the storage, RAM, and other features we were looking for. The only problem I've had with it was that the touchpad took some getting used to. It's very particular about where you click, but once you get it figured out, it's fine. We originally were looking for a Black Friday deal, but actually found this one as an "open box" for less. We're happy with our purchase.

Love this laptop it is super fast! It starts up and shuts down quickly. No lag from having multiple windows open.

I received exactly what I expected. So far I have had no issues. The purchase and store pickup went very smoothly. The only minus was on the Best Buy web site item listing, the specifications indicated a Thunderbolt port. During my research before purchasing I found that there is no Thunderbolt port on this model. In my case it was not a deal breaker as all my must haves were met.

This is a great laptop to use. I like the easy access and the graphics is awesome. The speed is great as well.

Great laptop and lightweight. Tablet mode works good and has nice color. Very responsive Windows 10 with AMD chip.

I tried Lenovo but HP has been the best experience for me. I originally switched from HP because of size and esthetics but begun having issues 3 years after purchase. I learned my lesson and came back to HP. Sound quality, downloads and searches are great and the pics are fantastic. I did not give it 5 stars because I did not have an option for a smaller size (I wanted 11 inches) and the price is a bit more than I wanted to pay. If you can swing it, I highly recommend this HP Envy
