great computer very fast very nice holds its charge id highly recommended this to anyone in public safety or college.

The laptop is amazing. The envy has a back light included with the computer and it makes working on it so much easier.

I bought this for my daughter’s school work. It is a good system, fast, sleek, pretty. The issue was the power button. It’s on the keyboard so not accessible in 3 out of 4 conversion setups (tent, movie, tablet). When the PC goes to sleep or hibernate or shut down in these positions only way to turn back on is folding it back into laptop mode! Super annoying, hinges are stiff so doing this every time you leave for few minutes is a pain! Could get over it!

I got the HP Envy as a PC replacement and absolutely love it. It's sleek and visually appealing. I've enjoyed using this while working from home and it has solid capability for streaming and gaming as well. The speakers were nice and the bluetooth capability enable me to use my airpods when necessary. It's a bit heavy but still easy to carry around in my bag. I've only had it for a month or so but truly enjoy it and would recommend.

Good computer except for all the hidden costs involved such as email pricing and contracts you advertise capability then I had to go through my carrier? Also having to pay for Microsoft Word? Not even an outdated version? The promotion of a Webroot program (Best Buy) and having to jump through hoops to get it set up. I can only imagine what else will come up. Oh and the sales rep (Bre.. or something like that) did not mention any of this. Was after the sale
