I purchased this computer for my business. My work often involves having multiple tabs open in Chrome, two large Word docs, and as many as three Excel spreadsheets open at once. Even with just 8 GB of memory, it has not had any problem. I love the almost instant boot-up and opening of Office docs with a Solid State Drive! I save my files and backups to an external hard disk and to the cloud, so space on the SSD will not be a problem.

Great laptop. It is lightweight, has a fast processor, and is versatile. It’s worked out for my 10-13 year olds virtual classes. However, it is brand new and within the first couple of weeks we began having nonstop issues with the sound/internal mic/overall audio. If HP is able to fix the possible glitch in their software, I would definitely recommend this product.

The computer software works just fine, but a month after I bought it, it was having some serious audio issues. The computer speakers would randomly make a continuous buzzing noise, and it would not stop until I turned the computer off or restarted it. If you were in a meeting when the buzzing starts, then you would not be able to hear anything but the buzzing. The microphone would not be detected either sometimes, and consequentially could not unmute myself during virtual meeting. I went to geek squad to have it fixed, but it still did the buzzing a couple of times after... I need a working computer because I work from home, so while it was being "fixed" I had to buy a whole other computer which I decided to keep, and it is a good thing I kept it because the HP Envy made the noises again. I will never EVER buy another HP again in my entire life and do not recommend it to anyone (I had another HP before in my life and that computer broke down too...)

Love the computer but it has glitches with Zoom and makes loud siren sound and freezes. Nobody can seem to fix this issue and I've only had this laptop for a month and having issues, very frustrating considering that it's brand new. Some connections issues to wireless printing to my printer. If I can fix these issues I love the touch screen and laptop features.

It is a nice laptop. Just getting familiar with all the different features. Thought the person who sold us this laptop was very good. Discussed the options and the better of the deal. When talked with another computer person not associated with best buy we were told he sold us too much computer for what we need. In the end, we are gaining more space, speed and this computer will hopefully last us 12 years like our old laptops.

This is exactly what I was looking for fast and efficient with my work at home for self employed.

Easy to move about within product and lots of features.

The product was purchased within a month. it showed a good optimization between performance and price among various laptop models. Large screen with reduced weight to that of previous model. Figure print log on is a convenient feature. the 360 feature is not necessarily the most useful feature but it can be helpful for certain application conditions. SSD storage is definitely good and it is desirable to have a one more USB I/O port.

Purchased this one after my other new 2 in 1 had a problem with flipping the screen. This one is so much better. The biometric security is a cool touch so you don't have to put in a password everytime. The screen size makes it easy to use at the desk with a separate keyboard or the dimmable backlit keys on it are great to type with. The color is gorgeous and reminds me of a bronze or chocolate brown. Can't go wrong with this one.

This laptop is perfect and light weight. It processes information fast and makes it easy to multitask.

I bought this laptop a few months ago. I did not have to use zoom as much when I bought it but once school started and since I have synchronous classes, I use Zoom everyday. But the speakers started to mess up and the mic. (Return policy expired). It still does during zoom or google hang outs. But the solution for me was since it is the computers mic and speaker I thought maybe if I use earphones with mic it will work and it does. When I am on zoom and use my earphones I do not have issues. But when I do not use them my laptop stops working. It is also very delicate. My son barley put his hands on top of my previous laptop (same but ryzen 5) and screen cracked! Besides these issues, I really enjoy this laptop because I like the keyboard. I type faster in this keyboard than any other.
