The only issue I've had is sometimes when on Zoom the sound goes out or or there is a weird clicking sound. Even after closing Zoom the sound continues unless I restart it. This has happened about 4 times since I've had it and only occurred within the first 2 months. It only happens when on Zoom for class though. Youtube, netflix, etc. have no issues.

After my daughter started using it she noticed it ran really warm and the fans were loud. Was instructed by HP that if it is not being used for gaming or graphics editing to lower the performance to comfort or quite. After doing this is is cooler and quieter. So far so good. Does everything she needs it for in graduate school.

Great computer could have better battery

I have not and do not intend to use it for gaming. The only complaint I do have is that it has a terrible battery life. 4-5 hours with light internet use. However it does charge fast. I paid $811.00 for ryzen 7 4700u model. There are more budget friendly items, but its still great and better performance coming from a mac book air.

Great extra security with the fingerprint reader on my keyboard. It's lighter than it looks and love the switch from laptop to tablet mode. It has the speed and large screen that make a wonderful addition to our home.
