The solidstate harddrive is silent while quickly finding the files requested. The display has great resolution and the touchscreen is wonderful. But the thing that amazes me more then anything is the sound quality of the speakers with the ability to play anything and at a decent volume without having it higher then 50%.

Although it has the AMD RYzen 7 for more of the video gaming feature, the memory/SSD is so small that my son is limited. Thought we were getting good advice from CSR at Best Buy choosing this laptop but the space is very limiting.

Other than that it's a great laptop, and believe me, I had more than just a few. Question: Can I at least purchase a Manual one. or how to obtain one. Note, I had Best Buy load the software. Suggestion-##Highly recommend that Best Buy load the software, worth every penny.

My only complaint is I don’t love the number pad. It seems excessive to have the number pad AND numbers across the top and the addition of the number pad makes the rest of the keyboard awkward and small. But over all it runs great, screen/display, sound etc are all great.

I understood as none of this stuff is always easy fix. He could not get my email address' to show up and it took quite a while, but was fixed. I am still having problems getting used to the new computer. Don't know what I am doing to get some things that seem to take place. How to get it to stop doing stuff. Frustrating!!

The performance from the moment you start It up is incompatible. It’s lightning fast and gets the work done. My primary use for it at the moment is related to school and some personal tasks such as picture storage and light gaming at times.
