Bought this for my wife. Her macbook wasn't cutting it anymore. She hated it at first but once she got used to the different OS she likes it a lot. She does some design so being able to use it as a tablet with the touch stylus was a big plus. Powerful enough to take care of all of your normal multitasking.

Great value on this laptop! I ordered 2 of them (one for myself and my wife) on Thanksgiving evening and they arrived in less than 2 days from Best Buy in excellent condition! We were impressed with the performance and quality of the laptops, and they also had all of the ports we wanted (HDMI, USB-C, etc). Highly recommend.

I purchased this computer because I had the prior AMD Ryzen 5 version and loved it. My college student laptop crashed, so I handed my laptop down to him. The sales person said this AMD Ryzen 7 has a much faster processor, so I and decided to upgrade to this one for my small business needs. This computer is "okay". The keyboard backlight does not stay on like it did with my prior HP Envy. Once you stop typing, the light will go out after 10 seconds of inactivity. Also, I find the screen is not as sharp. At times it seems rather light and cloudy. My "Hello Fingerprint" and "Hello Face" login option does not work, I get an error that the option is currently unavailable. I will take it to let the GeekSquad look at it, but I wish I would've just purchased new AMD Ryzen 5 instead of paying more for this updated HP Envy. I gave it 3 stars because it is more quiet than the AMD Ryzen 5 version.

Overall I really like my new laptop. I am still having problems getting used to using it. I still need help understanding a lot of the advantages that are available but I don't know what they are or how to use them. I hope that gets better.

I bought this for day to day email tasks, browsing and some coding work. The laptop is more than powerful enough for Windows 10. Apps startup without issue. The overall build of this laptop is excellent. The touchpad is spacious, and the keys have a nice action to them. The display is really clear. I would buy this again.

A 2 in 1 computer that doesn't sacrifice it's computer functionality (processing power, storage, etc.) while having the ability to go into tablet mode at a good price. This is the best option for someone who needs a well thought out laptop that sometimes needs it to be touch screen and tablet mode, eg. for textbook reading.
