The laptop works great and I enjoy using it so far.

This laptop is really really good and great for video editing, playing games etc. and the ram can be upgraded but...when I got mine my speaker was making this loud buzzing sound and I had to reset it. But, I got to exchange it for a new one it was probably just defective. But, you should get one great for everything!!!

Absolutely enjoying my new laptop everything about this laptop is amazing. Love the ease of the 360 features, plus the fingerprint feature is so convenient. This laptop does have a little weight to it but, its not so bad as I feared it could be. Overall I'm happy this is a fully loaded laptop for my needs.

We had the HP ENVY model from 2 years ago, the 15M-CP0012DX with the AMD 2700U processor. We had absolutely no problems with that laptop at all. The display was great and we never had any problems with heating or throttling. We ended up giving the laptop to my brother as he needed one. So when I found out that HP had released a new ENVY with the new AMD 4000 processors I decided to purchase one, mainly due to the positive experience I had with the older model. I really liked the look and feel of the new HP laptop, and once again the display was sharp and crisp. The problem was the laptop crashed 2 times in less than a day. The first time it crashed I had to do a Windows 10 clean install. The computer worked great for about 2 hours after that. Later that day I turned the computer on and it had crashed again. I ended up having to do another Windows 10 install. After that I boxed the laptop up and returned it to Bestbuy the next day. I really wanted to like the computer, but having to reload Windows 10 twice in one day was enough for me. The other thing to note for people who are considering purchasing this is there is no Ethernet port on the laptop, if you have to reload windows or want to do a clean install you will either need to download the network drivers onto a USB drive, or have a USB to Ethernet Adaptor. This laptop did not sour me on HP, as my wife has a 2019 HP Spectre and we have an HP all-in-one desktop, both of these HPs have been great and problem free. Every brand has a few lemons here and there and that's what I'm hoping happened to me.

I love my new HP computer! Everything works perfect so far. The onky downside is when picking up while open it closes out applications. There isn’t much of an edge, material is very slick and easy to drop. Hoping I can find a rubber case for a better grip. All in all though, I am happy with my purchase.

A was in search of a new laptop for my online classes. I searched different options and found that Best Buy has the best options available. I went into the local store and they did not have what I needed but searched a store near by that did. Picked up the laptop the same day without any issues.

Really good value, pound for pound. This computer was for home office use after our office went remote. I purchased it and its various twins for our faculty, who were providing online professional development to teachers all summer long. Hundreds of hours of PD later, we're satisfied we got the right computers.

After 6 months that my daughter uses it to the University, it is a very reliable machine for a good price, it works very well, the finish of good quality, the screen sharp, very good performance. The only but not important problem for her, the fingerprint reader does not work well.

The laptop works great except for the audio. For some reason the internal audio system will not function properly/consistently. It needs constant updates and even then it won't work the majority of the time. I've resorted to using external speakers every time I use my laptop. My internals wont work.

Just got bought this computer Open Box. Well, apparently a charger is not an essential part of the package. I don't care about the little notebook or the how to, I can find the spec book online, but the charger not being an essential part? That got me. I bought one for $75 urgently from BestBuy because I needed one. Okay, not to the computer. I WAS so excited to get this, the Ryzen 7 and Radeon graphics were a huge yes for me but 8 Gigs? I can deal with that by purchasing more space separately. So, here's the problem. I've connected this and let it charge to 100%, now it's been about maybe 30 minutes and I'm down to 60% in battery. SSSOO, I'm going to see if I can find this same laptop elsewhere but brand new. You get what you pay for. C'est la vie.

Been enjoying this so far! Has what I’m looking for - great sleek screen, great sound bar , battery life, etc. the keyboard is a bit squished to accommodate the second set of numbers, but that’s a personal preference. Also beware that it’s on the heavy side if you need to travel with it

Good I think. Not sure I didn't use it but 3 times and it crashed. Had to get a new warranty and had to ship it off for repair. Just got back so fingers crossed was a freak accident. Liked it when I was able to use it.

Love this product!! It's my first laptop for college and it is so much better than a Mac. I use it to manage my social media accounts, college assignments, WebEx and for streaming movies. Would recommend this product to my friends and family.

After returning a Ryzen 5 model due to display problems I decided to give HP another chance and upgraded to this Ryzen 7 model. Have not had it all that long, but so far I am very pleased with this unit particularly for the price.

I love it. I use it for school for hours. Charges fast. Gets hot if you have a game on or video chat, and even hotter if charging at the same time. Perfect graphics, a little quiet, and really light. It gets dirty fast with all your finger prints but idc about that.

For having no intention of having to purchase a new laptop...but...having had a MacBook Pro for the last 12 years, I'm very pleased with this laptop. It's been a fairly easy transition from Apple to HP. Definitely the technical piece of technology that I've owned but it's really nice!
