Love the tablet view option and screen size. Many amazing features. Only down side is the audio system. Have had to replace it for losing internal microphone when on zoom and replacement laptop does the same thing. Hopefully newer versions will knock out this annoying issue.

The associate at Best Buy explained every laptop based on my needs. This laptop fits my price and does everything I need when I work from home. Very price friendly. Excellent sound and picture quality. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone, especially if you work from home.

Great laptop for the price, it is thin and we love that it flips. The keyboard feels great and it feel sturdy. Not plasticky like other laptops, only issue is driver issue with the wifi but other than that; it is a good purchase

We purchased this laptop for my wife so she could prepare a resume and search for work after being laid off during the pandemic. It's functioned perfectly over the last year and half and there's been no issues.

Returned due to size, but other than that. This Laptop is a winner. First AMD laptop I've had to pleasure of owning, to the point that I almost decided to keep it but I was really in the market for a 13" laptop so for that reason and that reason only I returned it

Bought this laptop for my girlfriend and she uses it everyday like it’s a religion. Not only for work stuff but also for her cricut, and also to steam shows. The quality it displays is amazing sometimes I rather watch shows on there!

My teenage son picked this item out for use with mostly school work and online classes. He'll game on it a bit too. So far, it's been a great computer. It starts up fast, runs efficiently, has a great display, and security features we appreciate.

great laptop My daughter took it to collage. She enjoys the quality of the screen and it is durable. Salesperson was ok. Not very much help around to wait on people. He didn't really care if we bought it or not...He just wanted to get on to the next customer.

Seems to be a great laptop that is performing very nicely for what I use it for. HP has a very good reputation for quality and they did not disappoint with this laptop. I am very happy so far although I've only had it a very short while. I would definitely recommend it.

HP has this laptop as the step down from its highest end laptop PC’s. It’s features are hand down some of the most elegantly designed & the lightweight portability, graphics card, and processor speed, packs a punch for video editing, graphic design, & ease of access.

Not a bad laptop. Speed is fine and for what I use it for it works great. I do not play games or do any kind of editing on it. The touch screen has locked up a couple of times and the mouse will not work right sometime but a restart fixes both problems.

Replaced an older version of the Envy. Can’t tell much of a difference between the AMD and Intel. I read several reviews that were complaining about the fan noise, I have not had an issue with it. I can’t even seen to notice the fan. Overall I love this computer.

Great laptop with a bunch of bells and whistles almost has too much going on found it a little annoying going from keyboard to touch screen mode it would get struck in touch screen mode and i couldn't get it back but other than that it is everything i was looking for

Tech was thorough in explaining pros & cons of the laptops I was looking at. Answered any of my questions readily & completely. I am very satisfied with my laptop & printer although I am still learning all the benefits & abilities of each devise.

System was purchased to replace school issued unit which was returned for someone to use. Many cool features but a little pricey for like items without the Omen logo / brand. AMD Ryzen 7 is smokin and with nvidia graphics better performance than my work computer.

We needed to upgrade our 8-year-old laptop and wanted one that still had the "calculator" keyboard on the side. Our choices of laptops with this feature were limited. However, we have been pleasantly surprised by the HP-ENVY. We are still on the learning curve.

Good computer, but soundboard hardware crashed. Later read that the sound hardware has been a problem on this computer. Got another HP Envy Ryzen 7 computer; so far, no problems. Also this HP Envy has no visual ID feature on this computer, as in the past. .

We were able to get good pricing on this and fast delivery on this laptop which was very much needed to make sure we got it in time for vacation and school. So far it has worked great for him. He does music creation and school work perfectly on this laptop.

Bottom line: This laptop was bought for the new school year so my child can do all the online things required for school. It can do all those things plus can stream content so I don't need to set up a TV and cable in her room. Works well for what I need.

Sadly, shortly after purchasing the HP laptop, my friend dropped it and cracked to screen & also a corner of the lower casing to separate from the keyboard. It's been sitting while I try to find someone on Maui to look at it to see if it's repairable.
