The sales experience was very poor. There is no support from the store. The store is 50 miles away. Phone contact is unavailable. It took 7 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours to get tech support from hp to assist in adding my printer. Thankfully the hp tech was wonderful. I find the letters on the keys too small and am disappointed that the power key and others are the same size as the letter and number keys, plus it is tucked in among other keys. For those with vision issues it is not user friendly. One of the ports has a cover which is difficult to see and move. Having said all that I havent used it long enough . I am disappointed in the overall experience.

I am very pleased with this computer. I might wish for an additional USB port, but other than that I am quite satisfied. My previous computer, also an HP ENVY, served well for a long time and I expect that this one will be just as dependable.

Haven’t had many problems with it. Love the feel and look of this computer. The fans aren’t too loud and it doesn’t heat up much. The battery life is pretty good but wouldn’t rely on it to be good all day or even half day if yo using it very often.

it's a good computer. I replaced my old $400 HP once it crashed on me. The only complaint I have is the WiFi connection. It could be better. My other computer picked up on my wifi better and I didn't disconnect as much. Other than that, its amazing!

I bought this computer last December and so far so good. It has the best speakers and a very nice keyboard. It works great but the only drawback is its weight. All the features are available and the speed is good.

Purchased recently and have been very impress. It handles everything I throw at it with ease. The only drawback is that the memory is not upgradeable. I guess that’s to be expected with a laptop this thin. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

Purchased the laptop for my wife. The sales associate was able to tell us about all the different computers and let us make a decision. He was not pushy and we were able to get in and out of the store in about 45-minutes.

The Ryzen 7 version of this is an absolute beast of a machine. Saw the review on LTTs YouTube channel and had to get one for myself to replace an aging machine from 2013 that took upwards of 3 minutes just to boot up. Couldn’t be happier.

so far this laptop is working fine. I got it for business use, mainly for taxes and zoom use. Light work. I like this over a similar item due to the ability to upgrade the RAM where the other comparable brand item couldn't.

I travel for work and this is a great laptop. The battery life is great, I can use it for my presentations in presentation mode and barely use any battery life. For context most presentations are about an hour.

I'm still about some of the features this computer has, Some function keys have indicator lights on them but not all eg, number lock key and truthfully i wish all the keys light up. Overall its a great computer for my needs

the salesperson took his time and explained the differences between each model. Having limited understanding on these products he made the decision easy. This laptop is extremely user friendly and I have learned a lot Thank you

I have been using a Mac book pro for the past year and recently upgraded to this HP envy 2 in 1. The processor is so fast and I love the SSD drive and touch screen. Can't wait to start editing my videos and photos on this bad boy!

Excellent laptop very happy with it is everything I expected and then some worth every penny got more bells and whistle‘s than I need but they’re there when I do need them I would recommend this to everybody.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly. Geek tech was also friendly helpful knowledgeable. Got new computer back faster than anticipated. It works great no problems so far. Thank you to all who helped me.

great laptop for regular use. good battery and a great performance of the ryzen 7. not good for gaming and also gets very hot if u run many programs. but if you are a student i would recomend it

Its a great computer and I can run pc games on it easily. My only issue is that the mute button that comes on the top bar stopped working about 1 week in, and im not sure how to fix it. But aside from that love it!

Thought for a new business are trying to start up works great pairs of the Wi-Fi pairs with the pen I bought for it just real simple easy to use but does not have an ethernet cable port so by the adapter
