Haven’t had a lot of experiences with computers as my last one lasted me 9 years. I’m amazed at the clarity and things this computer can do. It’s the best purchase I have made and would definitely recommend to anyone.

It's a great laptop. The keyboard and touchpad are both very responsive and satisfying to use. Other than the fingerprint scanner usually taking about 3 to 4 tries to detect me, I would say get this laptop.

Very stylish 2-in-1 laptop. Excellent display and sturdy mechanism for folding the computer into its various configurations. A little heavier than I expected but not heavier than other laptops of this 15.6” size.

I needed a new laptop for work, this computer has changed my life! I love that I can use it as a tablet and a computer. The size is perfect and the speakers are phenomenal. This laptop is a great buy go ahead and do it!

I love this laptop. The only thing is the battery life on it. It doesn't seem to stay charged long, but it works and show like a star. Definitely worth the money

I’ve had this laptop for a little over a month and I really like it! The backlight keyboard is very nice to have, especially when I don’t want the light on. Another added bonus is it has a lot of storage space.

I needed to update/upgrade my basic home laptop. The sales person listened to my needs and pointed me to this one. It has all the bells and whistles I needed and a few I wanted. It is perfect for a home laptop.

I love the size and speed! The audio has gone crazy during every meeting and I’ve had to completely shut down my computer and restart to get it to stop. It is usually fine once I log back into the meeting.

I really like the fact that the screen can bend back into tablet form however the processor seems slow compared to my other computers

Geek Squad employees were fabulous, sales associate that worked with me to find a laptop unfortunately wasn't very helpful; however, that being said I am very happy so far with the laptop I purchased.

This laptop will not run fallout 4. So I returned it. Too bad cuz I liked some features that you don't find on real gaming laptops like fingerprint recognition. So I ended up buying a legion 5.

I am happy with my recent purchase it's a huge upgrade from what I was using... It wasn't the product but the sales staff that helped sell it. He didn't a great job explaining the differences.

For the most part, no complaints. I find what I need everytime I go to your store. The associates seem to be knowledgeable/courteous. Very convenient. Returns are easy. I love shopping there.

I love HP computers but what I really like about this one was the black finish and the fingerprint recognition. My daughter always packs my computers and this one she can't get into. A must buy.

just returned it yesterday. Good speed but that's it. Fan likes to run just by opening a window. I keep my "lap"top in my lap a lot, my legs and jeans would be hot. The cooling mechanism is not upto par with processor and that's why fan runs a lot. Monitor colors are like from a 5 year old laptop. Pale, red is basically orange, dark green is light green. Brightness doesn't max out much. Not something that you'd expect from a laptop, retail priced close to a $1000. BTW, yesterday was last day to return it and bestbuy staff gave me extremely hard time and Jordan kept pushing to give me store credit despite me showing on my account that item should be returned by July 4.

The first laptop I received was DOA, but BestBuy replaced it without a problem. It is an excellent laptop. Best bang for your buck on the market. I recommend getting removingof the HP bloatware.

The worker that helped my cousin and I was the coolest person we could run into he helped me find the perfect laptop for me at a good price to he made jokes and made us feel welcome.

I got this laptop for school and it’s been working great so far! The PC itself came with virus protection and then 6 months free from Best Buy. If you wanted a PC for school I would recommend this!
