Fast, easy to setup and beautiful screen colors and sharpness. Good buy for the value and would strongly recommend. Replaced an aging Dell Inspirion, and the difference is night and day.

This is a great laptop for the price! It is very user friendly and the processor is really fast, no more waiting for things to load. Its a good middle line purchase for the price point.

It's a good computer and meets my needs. The screen size is larger than I had before yet the computer overall is smaller. That's always a plus.

This laptop looks beautiful and built quality was great, but I had to return it. I kept getting this issue after a windows update where the laptop would take about 25 minutes to boot up everytime. I'd get a black screen and when it went away the laptop would be unresponsive. I had to let it sit there for 15-20 minutes before I could use it. After doing some research it seemed like there was many people with hp laptops having the same issue. Not wanting to deal with this I returned it and got a Dell instead.

This HP laptop came with all the latest technology including WiFi 6. After using and testing for several weeks it out performed all the other computers we have. Would highly recommend.

I use this computer for work! It is very user friendly and has been efficient in everything I have used on it. Keys are very quiet. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Easy to use. Fast with tons of storage. The fan is barely noticeable when I'm in a room alone with no other noise. I'm still learning how to adjust color and brightness. So good, so far.

So far it has shown great performance, great battery as well! I also immediately noticed how the keyboard feels very natural and comfortable vs other laptops I've had.

So far I'm loving this laptop. Had alot of options but at the end chose this. Reasonable price with great features. I hope buying this laptop will be my BEST BUY so far.
