Bought this for a college student and he loves it . A laptop with tablet bending capabilities with alot good features

its really good good laptop I just had to buy an external hard drive the portable one because my serato dj pro program keeps crashing with out it now it doesn't works great now

Bought this laptop for work purposes and I have to say i enjoy it more than I expected. The keyboard is responsive and tactile, the key shortcuts for cutting off camera and microphone are convenient, and the fingerprint scanner spoils me. Unfortunately the trackpad is not as responsive as I would have liked, it's much too stiff to control and yet much too sensitive when it comes to registering inputs. It seems to be confused as to what it needs to do, maybe It's something you have to get accustomed to as a user.

Sadly I can't remember the name of the service individual who helped us buy this computer but he was so patient with all my questions and gave us fabulous service!!!

This is a backup computer which I use in my bedroom. It is small but mighty. The keyboard lights up so it is easy to use in the evening. Mainly used to read emails.

I don’t like the way the photos are set up! I value my photos and getting access to them! I have trouble on this laptop, accessing them, even I-cloud! NOT USER FRIENDLY!

Best Buy helped me so much I had no knowledge of the laptop but they explain every detail to a t an what Need to be efficient

So far this has been a great computer. Does everything I need it to do plus some. I looked at a lot of laptops before settling on this HP. I'm not disappointed.

First HP computer purchases. Loved at first. Now 2 weeks into virtual school The microphone and speaker just go out randomly. Only owned it a month and it’s at Best Buy geek squad. Who tells me it’ll be a month at the service center. That’s great for my 11 year old in school. I want it replaced. Bought geek squad protection and geek squad total tech support. Add that $$$ onto the price of this computer and we can’t even use it. Very disappointed in HP and Best Buy’s attitude. Long time Best Buy customer.

Seems to be working great. Can have multiple windows open and it doesn't slow down browsing speed. Overall a great little laptop. No CD drawer is only bad thing.

I bought this laptop in June 2020 and I find it to be reliable and in good quality. It is light to carry and the features are excellent. I hope it gives me durability.

Purchased this for my daughter over a year ago. She uses it for school work as well as light gaming. Very happy with purchase.

Great laptop so far for virtual student for this school year. Little more expensive than the one student broke, but hopefully this one will last the school year.

This product has been great while teaching virtually. I have open my zoom call, google slides, google documents and other programs and there are no problems.
