the screen is great, webcam great, it can play games like ark on low AND MEDIUM! with only 8 gb of ram! upgrading ram and this will be even better, wonderful machine

I was looking for a laptop to replace my old Toshiba , and I am happy with the product and I would recommend it to others.

Great laptop for students. It has so much memory, speed and power that documents load quickly and having a ton of tabs open at one time does not slow the system down

I love the ability for it to be a laptop or a tablet with 2 different modes. The large screen makes multitasking super easy and the number keybad is so convenient.

Online students, do not buy this laptop. If you rely on programs like Zoom for your courses, this computer will let you down, at least the AMD version. Put simply, there is an inherent, built-in flaw with the audio and mic drivers, where different installed drivers are incapable of making the mic and speakers work. Sometimes, the laptop will act like there is no microphone hardware installed. Other times, the audio driver becomes overwhelmed, and causes the computer to crash. For me, this often occurred during Zoom calls. I have missed so many classes this fall because this piece of garbage is incapable of operating. Sometimes, the crash will be followed by a loud buzzing from the speaker that only stops when you force the computer to shut down. HP, Reddit, and other forums are filled with complaints about this issue, but HP still has failed to solve the problem. Buy this computer if you want, but I hope you remember this review when you're angrily shutting down a buzzing computer after getting booted out of the class video call for the third time in an hour. And HP, if you see this, fix your system.

Got this for my 13yr old and he loves it. He likes to make beats using FLStudio and this laptop does the job. We havent had it very long, but so far it's perfect.

Fast load times .great display awesome speeds.im able to jump on and get to my sites very fast also have the ability to play my xbox games on my laptop.

Easy to set-up. Sleek design and appearance. Well known brand and known to be a good computer. This one has a fast running speed; just what I wanted.

The HP envy was easy to set up. The graphics and speed are great the 15.6 inch screen is a great size and quality for streaming and watching videos.

It was my daughter’s sixteenth birthday last week so i bought the laptop for her birthday .She loves the laptop.it is great.she watches all her favorite videos .

If I could write a review with a zero stars I would. I bought this laptop in June and not even two weeks later i started having issues with the camera, sound, microphone, and video. The camera would not turn off even with using the kill switch. The sound would go in and out depending on what site or app you i was on and it would not let me adjust the volume. The microphone could not be found on the device at all. The video would not load. Lastly, I was not even able to open the sound settings. After multiple phone calls with HP, not only were they not able to fix it but after a 3 hour phone call, they broke it even more. Not to mention, they googled how to fix it while they had control of my laptop. After bringing into Geek Squad multiple times, they were able to fix it once but a week later i had the same issues. Best buy replaced my laptop with a new one that was the exact kind. I received the new laptop around 9/20/2020 and I now have the same exact issues as the first one. I have contacted HP and a member of the Geek Squad admitted over the phone that this computer has been known for its hardware issues... YET THEY STILL CONTINUE TO SELL IT TO CUSTOMERS! I am currently on the phone with a case manager at HP and he cannot seem to figure out why it is not working and cannot fix it again. It is ridiculous that Best Buy and HP know that this computer has these issues and they do not take it off the shelf nor make customers aware of the issues when they purchase it. I am now out of the return/exchange deadline and I will have to fight to get my computer fixed again or to get refunded. Please save yourself the time and stress and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP!

I made two big purchases recently. I am very pleased with both. My laptop is more than what I was looking for but I am happy I purchased this one.

So many to choose from but Best Buy has the best options and selections. I trust their stocks to be in the best standard when it comes to elctronics.
