    I bought this computer prior to starting college classes that I'm doing completely online. The first day of class I couldn't get audio on my Webex class session to work. Then it said I didn't have a mic. After a restart, it work for a while until its volume controls froze and it started emitting a load buzzing sound. Only fix was a hard restart. So I've missed parts of my classes where it wasn't working. This still happens from time to time. It works fine other than that.

    Computer is nice, but rather complicated. Had an exceptionally hard time uploading my work software. Geek squad was no help at all.
