After reviewing many different types of computers for college this was affordable and offered everything we were looking for.

The laptop is nice, no probably could've shopped around a bit more to get a better price. But it works as it should

My second HP ENVY purchase from Best Buy. This one a gift for my son. He is very happy with it. Very good value.

I needed a computer for school and I thought this would be the perfect one. I used it and it seemed great, until the second day. I was on Zoom and I couldn't hear anything and there was a huge buzzing noise coming out of the speakers. It happened so much, to the point where I had to go back to the store and get a new one. The new one I got works fine, it has no audio issues and it seems good so far.

This was bought for my mom. It took less than 15 minutes to set it up and update it. Lighted keyboard is great for her.

really love my computer it works for everything I need it for. I got it for my cricut and there very compatible.

Purchased as a gift for a friend. Its adequate. Nothing special about it. Pricing point is average for the specs.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for a sales associate. However, it was worth it. Person was very knowledgeable.

I don’t have this anymore, I traded it in for Mac pro book, The music was much easier to sync and sort.

I use this laptop for college, and so far it has held up great and useful for when I draw when I flip it into tablet mode.

My daughter is using it for all new online classes and it works really good. She used it all summer for an online class.

Overall seems like a well made product. Screen resolution and camera quality however are not a good as I had hoped.

I purchase this laptop for my wife. She creates content for youtube. So I got her this to edit her videos it does the job it has a great build quality, but the issue she had with this laptop is it started freezing. This started after the return window ended. I would not recommend this laptop because this issue.

Laptop works great and gives no problems when running multiple programs. Can also upgrade parts if ever need more space.

Great size, bigger than I wanted but happy, power up very well and clear nice screen. Battery last a while.
