    The speakers and microphones constantly stop working. The speaker also gets stuck and sounds like a fork stuck in a fan. This is an HP ISSUE. They said the driver for audio has a conflict with the windows 10 update and they are working to fix it. They have had me uninstall and re install the audio and also reset my computer numerous times. Nothing works. Now plastic coating on the charging cord on the computer is cracked. This computer gets very hot also. I am going to return it and get something else.
