    This has been a great gaming laptop, however, the cooling fan has stopped working completely after about a year of use. I contacted support since it seemed to stop working after about 2 months of using it but it was not consistent and would usually work (I play 1-2 hours a day on average, no other usage). Best Buy suggested cleaning it with air spray, but it was not nearly dusty enough to cause issues after just getting it. It seemed to work most of the time so I did not want to drop it off to get looked at (my fault). But now it has stopped completely and thankfully it does not overheat, but it is hot to the touch and I use a cooling tray.
