Bought for College freshman daughter right before school started. Laptop worked for 3 weeks and stopped working (blue screen). See tried built in repair tools, didn’t work. Her college’s IT help desk tried to fix but could not. After I picked her laptop, I tried all the available built in tools, but it didn’t work for me either. Best Buy absolutely no help. I picked it up at a local store. Now, when I go on Best Buy app the order document actually says they can’t help me because it is over 15 days after purchase. I can’t believe they won’t help facilitate a repair or replacement 3 weeks after purchase for a $1000 laptop. Why would I buy from them in the future when they add no value over a pure online seller. Nice having a college student’s new laptop die shortly after school starts in these COVID, online class times. Thanks for nothing.

Disapointed. I told the sales person what I needed and he said that the laptop with about 200 gb was all I needed, It wasn't. Then I had to return it because the Geek Squad said I needed. So after talking to the same salesman he said that this one would be just fine for me, even after I told him about all the info that need to be down loaded onto this laptop that has about 500 GB. After I got home and realized that my computer capacity was in the red. I called the tech support team and he helped me get rid of some files I didn't need. Still in the red. I don't know what to do now.

At first I was really happy with this computer. But after a few weeks the sound card died. After a few searches it seems this is n ongoing problem. Returned for a Lenovo Yoga and have been very pleased.

Power button did not work when folded in tent position ... service rep said to send it to them and they could fix it ... I told him I bought it yesterday and it was going back to the store.

Laptop overall is of good quality. However, I have been having issues with the speakers turning off and my mic dripping whenever in a zoom call. I suggest you find another laptop to buy.

Overall, a good computer; however, several issues have surfaced w.r.t. the use of the installed software, lack of transferred items, and functioning with the existing devices.

So far so good. Our son does not go to college for another few months, so only time will tell if this is a good purchase. It is heavier than I expected though.

Fan runs constantly and makes the laptop hot. Fan is very loud and annoying.

If you are using this for school - don't buy. It will squeal and make it unbearable to use with Blackboard Collaborate. You won't have access to your mic and it all goes awry. If you have read other reviews you probably noted other programs cause this same issue. Unacceptable. If you do buy make sure to test it out using Zoom or Teams to ensure it won't cause a disruption. You will need to return as soon as possible or Best Buy will not take it back for an exchange. Don't buy this laptop, I would try other products for any video conferencing needs.
